      Staff is great. Floor is very nice. The crew was great. My only issue was they couldn't finish off around my tile because it was round not straight, so I had my tile man finish it off.

      50 floors are crooks put two different colors in my hallway one is darker than the other. I call them they just blowing me off. not standing behind their warranty they lie to me. I will see them court.

      We had an almost whole house floor installation of the *** recommended for pets and people traffic. Install was not as planned and with that changes were made to eliminate a complet tear out, but caused a delay in really getting started by having to wait to get subfloor material in. There were some language barrier issues. We had chosen stained shoe molding. Looks great, but not all cut ends were stained. We will have to do that it seems. It was a long at least 12 hour install day which really caused stress with our animals and family routine. A pair of knee pads were left hehind. As much as possible from sales to install they were accommodating to our request. The care instructions for the product is overall vague and not specific to brands of products suitable for cleanings. The product is significantly higher in price than others available...with that being said, hopefully, we will not have to use the warranty. Appearance wise they look awesome. At a later date, in the not too distant future, we will use them again to finished a reconstructed closet area to match the den.

      We can see the seams where the carpet is put together,and we dont think this is the carpet we ordered and you should have a company representative come out and look at it

      Terrible customer service, I have been asking for a manager to return a call for a week but still have not received one. I have had nothing but delays and now The contractor left my bathtub completely trashed and the the workmanship was not great. find someone else!
