Had carpet installed terrible shoddy work call and send pictures of the work performed never heard from my salesman

Removed carpet from the entire house and replaced with hard flooring. 50 Floors had the materials and color that wanted. Delivery and installation was a breeze. The entire experience was positive.50 Floor

50 Floor installed LVP flooring in my home in August 2023. In December, some of the seams between the planks started separating. Someone came and took pictures in January, and so far there hasnt been any attempt at fixing this problem. Now there are places where my sub-floor is visible. Ive made numerous calls to 50 Floor requesting a phone call from a manage. I received one call stating the matter should be resolved within 12 weeks, but now its been 16 and no one accepts or returns my call when I leave voicemails. Im very upset and disappointed that 50 Floor isnt standing behind their warranty making this right.50 Floor

Our team was fantastic and worked extremely well to get our entire home completed in less than two days. We have very large heavy German furniture and they very good care when moving it!!! We could not have had a better experience. Home looks beautiful now.50 Floor

I have used 50 Floor twice in two separate houses. I cannot say enough good things about the company. I love my flooring in both places. The process from the salesperson to the installers was a great experience.50 Floor

They replaced carpet and hardwood with vinyl flooring. There was little to no measures taken to mitigate the dust which left my belongings ruined!Nothing covered and almost no clean up. Horrible service for the price I paid.50 Floor
