The workers put one hole in the Sheetrock removing the old baseboards but repaired it and the floor was installed great and I went out and bought new base boards and painted them and they cut and installed the the new base boards, overall a great job.

Polite lots of options to choose from sales person **** was honest about pricing and care of the new carpet. The installers were on time. They moved the heavy furniture and put after work was completed they also cleaned up any mess that was made and vacuumed the carpet50 Floor

I had flooring installed in my kitchen and bathroom. The installers did not have the correct flooring for the bathroom when they arrived to my house to be installed. I don't think the installer could understand my questions about the bathroom flooring due to English not being their primary language. I paid the full amount for the installation with the understanding that someone would install the bathroom flooring. I waited and no one came to install the flooring in the bathroom. Finally called 50 Floors and someone came to my house to ensure that the flooring in bathroom had not been installed. He said he would email me with a follow up so someone would be back to install my bathroom flooring. 3 weeks later and no one called or emailed about the new bathroom floor to be installed. I called the manager to request a refund on the money I paid for the bathroom installation. He accused me of trying to get a free bathroom installation. I informed him that I had already paid for services I didn't receive. He said he would send me a refund when the office gets around to cutting me a check. Worst customer service ever.50 Floor
