Need to screen your installers better..thay show no respect for home owners. Call them names make it hard on them. I have got noone to answer me back.50 Floor

I saw an Ad on Tv around the 4th of July I called and made an appointment for a free no Obligation Estimate. The salesman arrived on time as we discussed he brought more samples that I could even dream of my wife and I loved a waterproof vinyl tile that looked like a wood plank . He gave us a price that was more than fair with all the sales they were having plus a veteran discount!! Myself being a remodel contractor on Long Island for 40 years and retiring here down in ******* I was pleased to see the professional way the company did business. We signed with them right away I gave them a 50 % deposit within 2 days they called back saying the product was in stock at an ******* warehouse and scheduled the installation at our convenience. There installers showed up on time and ready to go but here's the one glitch they wanted full payment before they started and I disagreed I told them I'll pay in full once the job was fully completed, they had to call the office before they started so I got a call from the office a nice young lady told me that's the way they do business now balance on delivery of the materials, I refused and told them I'll only pay in full once completed or I'd like to cancel she then said I'll have to get back to you . Make a long story short they called back and said okay as long as I pay when completed and the guys started work 2 very nice guys moved all the ******************* pulled up all the old flooring which was glued down they pulled the oven and fridge as needed to get the floors all the way back they sanded the old glue off all the floors to get a nice clean flat service I wasn't sure if they would've finished in one day ( why I wanted to pay when completed) but they stayed right till 5 pm and finished broom clean . The guys were really hard workers and professional, handed them a check and tip and we were done I'm definitely hiring them when I'm ready for my next room , I highly recommend this company turns out the salesman lived not far away in the same town.50 Floor

I saw the Ad for 50Floor on my phone. I called, made an appointment for next day! ******** came on time with all the books and samples of flooring. I looked at the samples and chose one I liked. He took a picture and showed what it would look like on my floor, I was impressed! The crew came as soon as the flooring arrived and immediately started working on the master bedroom with en-suite and walk in closet and the spare bedroom. They were close to finishing both floors when quitting time came. I was told it was a two day job so I was expecting them to come back the next day! They wanted to finish the floor that day and I was fine with it. They did the best job, floor was even nicer than the picture. They asked me how I wanted the flooring to go, checked that it was the one I ordered and worked for about 11 hours all together, pleasant, hardworking and they cleaned everything up before they left. 50Floor gets 5star from me and I've already recommended this company to two friends. Great job, thoroughly satisfied, dedicated workers!!50 Floor

Lets try to make this somewhat short. Made an online consultation appointment for 11am 7/25. There is a two hour window. So at 1:05 pm called 50 Floor. Fast forward being conveniently disconnected twice. My 50 Floor rep ******* texted to say he was sorry but had a big measuring job he was working on in **********. Im in ***********! I told him not to bother. After I informed him I would be submitting a 1 star review, he got some serious attitude. Ill leave it there. Please ****** and you will find over 26 pages of BBB complaints for 50 Floor. BUYER BEWARE.50 Floor
