    Listing properties with lockbox codes, that they do not intend on renting out, for the sole purpose of stealing & selling your information. They schedule showings and cancel the day of due to not qualifying after never seeing any proof of anything. They will have you drive to the property and cancel as soon as you arrive. They are a VERY shady company. Dont do business with these people.

    Be careful NOT a good place to rent from. They were not the original management company I rented my house thru, but my landlord switched over and chose to use them for management. Upon move out, they decided to run up a bill as if the home wasn't returned in the original state it was initially rented in. Upon switching over they'd never been in my home outside of a "maintenance man" routinely changing out air conditioning filters. That is the only service maintenance has ever provided. They don't fix anything! They just call someone, takes forever , speaks and email "professionally"and bill your homeowner. They will attempt to run up whatever bill against you they possibly can rather you're homeowner or tenant! They gave me some itemized list of things that ran up a foolish bill to cop a payout on their letterhead that were completely untrue, as if everyone is so stupid they don't know how they received their home. Most they never even verified themselves but charge you for it. Why?! This is a very unfair company! Stay away!
