    They are my go to for gently used professional camera equipment and lens. They keep my business competitive because I can get the top of the line equipment and lens for a fraction of the cost. They are honestly and Ive honestly had nothing but the best experience with KEH! I will always use them.

    I ordered from KEH a lot over the past 2 years. Recently, I disagree with their excellent rating too often. My last return/replacement experience was also slow & frustrating. Consequently, I will dial back my KEH purchases, especially lenses.KEH until 6 months ago: 5+ stars KEH repair department: 5+ stars

    very impressed with the speed and attention my order got from KEH. I would highly recommend them over trying to get a used lens from ********** or ******** Marketplace. the only thing that I would ask is that for your email campaigns that you have an option to maybe just get one email a week.

    Fast Delivery.Well Packaged.Camera purchased had a Bargain Grade but viewfinder is inoperable upon arrival. So it should have been priced as an As-Is Grade.

    Well done!Shopping experience was easier than expected for used ****************, quite easy to narrow my search and view candidates.The ratings are true to form - received both camera body and lens and they are exactly as advertised.Packaging was stupendous! Unless the box was dropped from 8,000ft onto a runway I don't think anything would happen, they treat the product shipping with serious regard for your purchase. Bravo!!!I appreciated the signature on delivery - the same week Amazon delivered one of my packages to a neighbor (it was dog treats and they don't have a dog). So having that safeguard was so appreciated.I have added KEH Camera to my go-to list for used photo equipment, it's been a long search for a trustworthy source and they hit it out of the park.
