    According to scapulae my appointment I went to to dentist office for Root canal treatment on 14 the July 2024 Before I see the the ** I asked to front desk receptionist does my insurance pay for this visit ? She tiled me Yes. I talk to insurance. My dentist family ** referred to see endodotics for root canal he did my all test before referred. When I went to endodontics They did again all my test which was not nessasary for that vaisi . Then De came just told me he cannot do the Root canal here he referred me to another Endodontist . He even didnt examine me **** showed r ray in computer when I go home they called n told me that you have to pay $390 because insurance dont pay . I told them that you told me before see the ************ pay and threatened me if you dont pay then that will send to your credit so I humbly request that take care of this matter n settle the the bill . I cannot afford this .

    Patient came to our office an for exam and possible retreatment of a root canal.  After the exam the doctor recommended another approach for the patient save her tooth which involved a surgery.  When the pt came into the office she was presented a treatment plan to sign.  I went over the treatment plan with her and explained it was ONLY AN ESTIMATE.  There is no guarantee of coverage until the Insurance actually processes the claim.  We can only give an estimate.  She signed the treatment that specifically says she is responsible for what Ins does not cover.  When I verified her Ins I was told that she has 1 exam out of 2 available, however, she did not disclose to us that she had already gone to another dentist for a second opinion that used her 2nd exam.  Of her balance of ****** we have agreed to write off the **** of $250.00 leaving the pt responsible for the exam. $102.93.  Pt she stated she has x rays and exam from her dentist, however, we are affiliated with her dentist and our doctors are specialist in Endodontics.  To assure the pt gets the best care we take our own x rays and perform our own exam.  This is to make sure we are giving a correct diagnosis.
