I would never refer paces to anyone. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the quality and service i received. During my repairs I had to continue to reach out and ask for assistance. My home was left in a mess from the repairs. The little that they did clean was done with my cleaning supplies. Definitely will not be first on my list at this time.Paces Restoration Services, LLC

***** Craig **** has highly trained professionals who addessed issues in my home related to a roof leak. They are very well organized and they informed me of the name of each expert who was coming to address the problems. Each person that arrived at my home was highly trained and professional. ************** had an unusual situation with this company and after much confusion with the overall situation I dealt with their Accounts receivable person who got with her bosses to help me get the situation resolved. She was very kind and understanding and so were the other people involved who helped me get a unique situation resolved. Based on my interactions with them I would recommend them for future work based on how they handled my situation. I had water damage to my living room floor due to a water leak in my crawl space. ****** expedited an assessment of the damage, gave me a window when the work, laying a new floor, would be complete, and an estimate on the cost. They showed up on time, moved my furniture out, took up the old floor, laid the new one, and moved my furniture back. The quality and timeliness of their work was second to none! Well done Pace's.
