      I am not liable for this debt with Farmers furniture. *** sent in several cease and desist letters and they continue to violate my rights by showing up at my door during inconvenient times, calling, texting and mailing me letters threatening to place this alleged account on my credit report. They have violated under the ***** and the ***** I HAVE FIKED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS with the **** as well to resolve this issue.

We have conducted our collection activities within acceptable guidelines and regulations. We report consumer credit history in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This debt is owed in accordance with our contract signed by the consumer. The customer can contact our ********************** in ******, ******* to discuss this further.

      Complaint: 21453863

      I am rejecting this response because they are in violation of the ****** And the **** title 15.  The fianc charge on the contract is fraud due to the sum of all charges is inaccurate and again has violated my rights.  Ive attached a copy of the inaccurate information which is a violation under 16 USC1681b.  I will be filing a federal lawsuit against this fraud.  I would like them to produce the original contract
