    7/19/2024 Took my truck to be hand wash at this business. Truck was washed during the process the handler broke my rim cover and brought to me in his hand. I immediately addressed issue with **** the manager. Who immediately tried to deny it was not their fault going thru machine if this happened. I told him it was hand washed, then he says oh yes we are responsible. I will fix give time to straighten it out. Month later he claim he could not find parts. I suggest the place I purchase rims from( top tire). He found black ones claim to have ordered them. Another month passes. Calling/text im being ignored. I popped up on him at location to speak to him. Now September contact him he claim order was in. I could pick up shipment at car wash. I go to pickup order, he left for him. It was not what agreed on(black) it was silver didn't make my part he was suppose to replace. He refused to exchange them saying he didn't to go back to the place again. Tried to get me to take them anyway I said no. Again my calls/text after this gets ignored and blocked. 10/17 i ride up to car wash again, catch him there and he is trying to hide from me but his employees point me in right direction. He tells me he wants me and him to go to place together so he finally take care of this and get what is needed. Plan to meet on 10/30 @11am he was a no show. Did Not respond to call/text. 11/5 after not getting a response from my primary number I called from second number he picked up right away. Claim he was trying reach and didn't get my texts. Claim he would meet at tire place at 11am. I called when I arrived no response. Text him no response. Finally after repeating this he answers to say he running late will here in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later he does not show up but sends 2 people I don't know with wrong parts to straighten his mess up. They were clueless. Talk to owner he said he told him when ordered them it would not work. But he has the right part and can be there in 2 weeks.nothing
