    Gave them 1 star because you can't seem to give zero stars. My warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) uses Tek Squad for appliance repair. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 1pm-6pm to get my refridgerator repaired. Sometime after I made the appointment they changed it to 8am-1pm, but never contacted me about this. Technician shows up Wednesday at 10am, nobody is home so off he goes to the next appointment. Their office calls me to reschedule, the woman admits nobody contacted me about the time change, says she will try to get the technician back to my house. After about 4 hours I contact the office again and the woman says the technician refuses to drive back to my house and she can't make him do it. Offers to reschedule me for the following Tuesday. What a joke, they didn't seem to care at all. I have spoken to Choice Home Warranty and suggested that they look at all the reviews for Tek Squad and rethink whether or not they want to use them in the future. Bottom line, if you see them scheduled for warranty repair, run away and get someone else.

    The technician damaged by stove top and refused to repair the part he broke. The lady that answers the telephone then block my number. Please do not trust your high-end appliances like Decor with this company.

    I am in shock after speaking with "customer service". They have no guarantee on their work and they act confused when asked about guaranteeing their work. I am surprised they are still in business. I would not trust this company at all. Be warned that this is a VERY bad and Very rude company.

    I am absolutely disgusted w/ TekSquads level of customer service and professionalism. We have been having issues with them sending out the correct technician to fix our appliance and its been well over 30 days. They schedule you for one time, they switch it without telling you. **** send a tech out, the tech has no clue of what theyre doing. You as the customer set your time aside and they have no regard for your time at all. Their female workers in the office continue to have attitudes with you and its unacceptable. I do not and will not recommend them to anyone ever!

    AWFUL! Dont waste your money on them. Have had multiple no shows within the same week! The one person has had family emergencies within the same week. Sounds fishy. But yet no one else comes out and I am still without a washer for almost 7 weeks!!! 7 weeks! These people do not care about you, but the main thing is they dont want to work. Pathetic. Have changed the schedule multiple times for them to show and THEY DONT! Unacceptable!

    NO STAR REVIEW! The worst customer service weve ever had. For the last 3 months they have tried to repair our refrigerator which was under warranty. We had 9 service calls and several no shows. They care nothing about your time. No paperwork, no communication between service people. When it was proved that our refrigerator could not be fixed, they would not come for our appointments and no cancellation call, nothing. Evidently, if the appliance is unrepairable, they dont get paid for the call. ***** demands the paperwork saying the refrigerator cannot be repaired before they work with you on a replacement. One service man told us it could not be repaired, and he would write it up. The ladies in the office said he didnt provide the information and they would send another service man. No!!! Three appointments and all no shows. This is a scam. Beware of any ***** Warranty.

    They are god awful. My hose on Dishwasher went. Tech came out was clueless, and told me that I needed a new dishwasher. Spoke to their horrible customer service, they said they their techs aren't allow to authorize that. That I needed to have a manager come out, waited two weeks. *** came out said its the hose, and needed a to order it. Called back a week later asking where is the hose, they said it takes 14 business days, waited 14 more days, called back said they didnt order the hose. Run Run Run

    They stink, young kid came with no experience looking like a pot head smelled like Marijuana, no mask, dirty shoes, no shoe covers, then did told ******************** that I had a fire on my stove. Don't ever come back. Wastoid

    ******* found the problem with my Frigidaire kitchen aid ice maker and ordered part. Thanks so much for finding my issue with ice maker. FANTASTIC JOB *******.

    The technician, ******* is a very knowledgeable. My Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator freezer was leaking water and pooling in the bottom causing a huge ice build-up. When ******* came out to diagnose the actual problem (and by the way, this is an excellent policy), he immediately knew what the problem was. He ordered the correct part and came back out to replace it. In ************ my freezer was repaired. AND he went above and beyond to remove the ice build-** in the bottom of it. I did not even expect that. It's wonderful! I would have to say this is the best technician I have had the pleasure of knowing and having as a repair technician work on my appliances. He resolves problems without any fuss! I wish him the best in life and I am sure he will go far in his career.
