    TERRIBLE COMPANY! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have a contract with American Home Shield, and this is the company they subcontracted to fix our dishwasher. They came out and determined that the pump needed replaced in my dishwasher and placed an order for the part. It took three weeks for the part to come in. The representaive from Teksquad called me to schedule an appointment to install the new pump. We spoke on a Monday, and I told her we would prefer Wednesday afternoon because my wife works in the morning. She said she would call me back on Tuesday to verify the appointment. I verified with my wife to be home and when the rep called me back on Tuesday, I told her my wife would be there after 1:30pm to accept the appointment. She then told me that they don't do my area in the afternoons, only in the morning. I reiterated our conversation the previous day about being there in the afternoon, but it fell on deaf ears. So, we agreed to schedule the appointment for two weeks out. That date being Wednesday, August 31st IN THE MORNING. In the very next breath, she stated that she would be calling me the day before to determine the time of day that they would be coming. I was dumbfounded! I stated that we just agreed to do morning of the 31st. She proceeded to tell me that they can't do that. They have to call the day before to schedule the time. What kind of sense does that make? We agreed to a date and time two weeks in advance!! I finally said forget it, I would call American Home Shield and get it worked out. I called AMS and they assured me they were going to contact Teksquad and have them there the next day after the 1:30 time we originally agreed to. My wife proceeded to leave work, go home and wait, and wait, and wait. She finally called American **** Shield and re-explained the entire event because they said they had no record of speaking to me the day before. They never showed!!! I am now dealing with AMS again!!

    AWFUL! The worst customer experience I have ever had! We placed a service request for our refrigerator on July 8th, 2022. It is now Aug 11th and we STILL have no resolution or end in sight. It took the 1st Tech a week and half to even come diagnose the problem (July 19th). He said he would order the part and be back to fix it. The 2nd Tech came back on Aug 1st to make the actual repair. He arrived at the house, but said he would have to leave b/c he forgot his necessary tools to make the repair! I was patient and said "okay". He came back the following day - Aug 2nd, but when he went to install the part, he said the the 1st Tech ordered the WRONG PART and they would have to start over and go back and order the correct part and to please give them another **** days. Again, I said "okay". I called today (Aug 11th) to find out the status b/c I had not heard from ANYONE. The manager of the office said the Tech closed my job as "complete" and they didn't have any more parts on order for me!!!! She called her Tech ...and he admitted he FORGOT TO ORDER IT! So now, we have to wait another 2 weeks!! The manager was NOT at all apologetic about the situation and had the basic attitude of "well ..they just messed up. We'll get the part reordered now". And didn't seem to understand my frustration of going without a fridge for so long with 3 children at home! The worst customer experience EVER in any industry!

    Worst company to have ever stepped a food in my home. Absolutely lacking in all areas of service. Zero to non communication, unless you reach out yourself and have a minimum of 20 minutes to be able to get in touch with them. As your order progresses do not expect any updates even if theres changes to your service order. Always expect to call them, as they will not call you. Expect to waste your time as well! Zero stars!
