    We ordered back in October. Still waiting on December 21st. They provided a tracking number that provides no info. Come on. Are they even still I'm business?

    Ordered months ago and still havent received. Cant get a reply when asked several times to cancel my order and refund me. Terrible experience. Stay away.

    Have ordered product in early September. Waited sent email..November recieved emai being shipped..had so many orders..the scam line they give you..horrible customer service and they have no problem taking your $$. Never received product.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM.I paid $21.00 dollars for a product (6 pack of beer). The product NEVER came. I sent numerous E'mail's with NO RESPONSE. I then checked their Face book page and they have hundreds of customers who paid $$$ and the company never sent the product.They should be charged with a crime for stealing people's money and not supplying them with the product.

    Ordered product in September. Never received it. Sent an email asking for an update, was told Id receive my order two weeks later. Five weeks later and still nothing. Sent another email asking for a refund, hopefully will get a response. I understand that they couldnt keep up with the demand, but then do the right thing and refund everyone.

    I ordered the ***** beer for a gift on 10/16/23 for $157.50. It's 12/18/23 and still no product. They never answer the phone with a voice mail box is always full and they never respond to emails. This is a fraudulent company

    Going on three months since I ordered. No product and no communication. Getting the sense this is a scam company. Emailed customer service. Got a slow response that did not answer my question or even address my request for a refund. Disappointing and fraudulent in my opinion.

    I ordered my limited edition in October, and I have just recently sent them about five emails (since I waited for their 45 day ship delay) and a phone call to inquire whether or not my six pack was shipped out, but no response. I really hope that this is not a scam, but it is feeling like it more and more. What does the BBB do in situations like these? I wish I would have used PayPal. I really still want the collector beer. Please advise.

    OK Guys I ordered over ****** of beer and glasses on September 30 . Did receive 1 glass and invoice stated the beer order on its way soon. Still no beer cant get anyone to answer phone (mail box is full) and no reply's to multiple emails. Word needs to get out its a fraud plain and simple. Going to try and get my monies back! it says to select a star rating wouldn't even give it a one star but have to to reply.**** V **********
