***** is certainly a character! But his character is what makes him great. From the beginning he kept me in the loop of the process and what I needed to do. His due diligence helped me get the most for my diminished value claim. Claim number, payment, and off he went. I barely had to lift a finger. He's honest, prompt, and sticks by his word. For one claim, we had to go to trial, and ***** did a superb job explaining things to the Judge in plain English. Not only did ***** of Allens Automotive Appraisal save us the headache of attempting to negotiate with our insurance company after their initial low ball offer on our totaled truck, he went above and beyond on the due diligence in our local market and his superior knowledge from many years of experience in the field definitely paid off. He also communicated with our insurance provider directly. He secured a valuation 2x the original amount that we were offered. We were very pleased with the professional service they provided.Ill NEVER pay the high price of GAP insurance again, (which I didnt on this truck) Ill call Allens Automotive Appraisal. If you are unfortunately in an auto accident, ***** and his team are who you want on your side negotiating fair diminished valuation or a total loss settlement. ********************* is a great resource to have on your side. I hired ***** for a Diminished Value claim for my damaged Porsche 911. The insurance company for the at-fault party low-balled my DV claim. I then hired ***** to properly value the DV impact on my automobile. He worked with me through the entire dispute process with the insurance company, and we arrived at a reasonable settlement. ***** never gives up and fights to make you whole. We were referred to ***** by someone who works with my husbands company. He suggested we give ***** a call to help us with our recent car accident. ***** was terrific. He explained the process clearly, provided specific instructions that were easy to follow, and offered great support when our patience ran thin. When all was said and done, through ****** negotiating powers, we received significant more money than the insurance had initially offered. My insurance company initially claimed I wouldn't receive any diminished value due to how "minor" the damages were. I was referred to ******* Automotive Appraisal by my service advisor at the body shop, after contacting *********************, he immediately wrote a diminished value report for my truck to be sent to my insurance company. Within a few weeks, I went from $0 in diminished value to $11,500. I would highly recommend ******* Automotive Appraisal to anyone who's being jerked around by their insurance company, never accept their offer without contacting ********************* first!Allen's Automotive Appraisal, LLC

I would recommend Allens Automotive Appraisal to anyone! Allstate offered me $597 for my diminished value on my vehicle. I spoke with ***** and he lets you know ahead of time whether he thinks he can get you more or not. He is a very honest person who helped me a lot! After my car accident, I was referred to ***** by *********************** to reach out and request his services. At first I was hesitant to but after speaking with him a couple times, I decided to go for it. He was very patient in explaining the process and informing my fianc of the process as well. He is very upfront about everything and we respected that. The insurance company of the other driver would not pay me a dime, saying that what I'm asking for is not something they do and because my car "didn't meet specific requirements". Well, ***** and his team got me the money I deserved from my accident within less than a week! If you have any reservations on hiring him, don't.
