After my car accident, I was referred to ***** by *********************** to reach out and request his services. At first I was hesitant to but after speaking with him a couple times, I decided to go for it. He was very patient in explaining the process and informing my fianc of the process as well. He is very upfront about everything and we respected that. The insurance company of the other driver would not pay me a dime, saying that what I'm asking for is not something they do and because my car "didn't meet specific requirements". Well, ***** and his team got me the money I deserved from my accident within less than a week! If you have any reservations on hiring him, don't. He is very professional and highly HIGHLY recommend him!

I have 2022 Rivian and in recent storms I had a tree fall on it. I got it back from the collision center after 13K+ amount of repairs. My insurance was great but when I was contacted by their Diminished Value Evaluation team they offered me just over 2K in diminished value. Luckily, I was told by a friend who had been in an accident with his new Tesla about getting an independent appraiser to work with the insurance company in getting a fair amount for the diminished value so I had already contacted ********************* and had my truck appraised after damages. He made the whole process as easy as possible. He had all the paperwork with the appraisal and a pre-written letter ready for me to send to the insurance company. And when it escalated to an independent 3rd party appraiser (as he told me it would), he did all the work to get me a fairer diminished value. The final amount agreed upon was over 11K!! ************** charges a flat fee for his work when I signed up for his services. I was a bit nervous paying for a service before it was given but in the end it was more than fair considering how much more $$ he was able to get me from the insurance company. I really wish all professional services charged that way; a flat fee. I would highly recommend his services for anyone who is dealing with their insurance company in the diminished value of their vehicle. The insurance company is NOT on your side and will offer you the lowest they can get away with. ************** will work with your best interest in mind.Allen's Automotive Appraisal, LLC

Allens Automotive Appraisers really deserve more than five stars. ***** took a very stressful occurrence and made it a positive experience. I hadnt even had my brand new car for 6 months before someone rear-ended me. My first car accident in *******! (I live here for 17 years, I was lucky I guess) my attorney recommended me ********************** Automotive Appraisal. From the first phone call ************** walked me through the entire process step by step, he is very knowledgeable and provides a very clear expectation, making me feel more comfortable because I was unsure how diminished value after an accident worked. His report is so professional, detail and complete, I was surprised! Communication is great! He answers every email, text or phone call immediately! also the way he explains everything is so clear and precise you know you are in good hands.The Insurance hired their own appraiser after I didnt accept their first low ball offer; I am happy I was on Mr. ********************** side in this battle Not only he got me 4X more than what the insurance company offered at the beginning, it was also twice what their appraiser offer was A Double Win at battle of the appraisers. I was referred to Allen's Automotive Appraisal, LLC when my nearly new ****** Outback was hit in a parking lot about a month after receiving it from the dealer. The insurer paid for the repairs immediately, but did not offer to pay for the diminished value as a result of the accident. The educational information, appraisal information, and ultimately the help with negotiating with the insurer led to me receiving thousands of dollars more than if I had entered the negotiating without their help. And that is assuming I even knew where to begin with the process. I would certainly recommend the use of their services, with their fee being well below the value ultimately received.Allen's Automotive Appraisal, LLC
