      *****2023 was charged an increased price. Left a message on their website with an auto-reply stating that someone would call me in 24-48 hours. Called 72 hours later & Sherry was very nasty and rude. I noticed that there is an annual membership offered. It was like pulling teeth asking what month did I started this membership? no one ever offered me an Annual membership. I am all for saving.

      I canceled this subscription via their text messaging link which took me to a mobile website within two weeks of signing up at their grand opening event. Apparently it did not register in their system even though it indicated to me that it was canceled.

      Went through the car wash on Thursday ******* ** and the back of my car was damaged by the equipment used in the car wash.

      Their car wash damaged my ******** on ****/2023. A few days after that, I personally went to the ******* location to discuss the matter. The manager on duty filed a damage claim, took pictures, and specifically told me that he could tell the damage came from their car wash, due to the spacing and directionals of the scratches. He told me to go get an estimate for repairs. I did so- dated ****/2023. About a week later, on my day off, I brought the estimate to the ******* location. A different manager was on duty- he accepted my estimate and told me he did not need me to get another one and that he would file this with my claim and it shouldn't be more than 2 weeks before it is processed and paid. We are now into October. I have called and left messages numerous times, emailed - all with no response from anyone. Today I cancelled my monthly auto charges and put a note in there about this- to which I received on a confirmation response to the cancellation and nothing about the damage claim. There is around $7,500 in damages to my vehicle and they are being negligent and flat our ignoring me/the claim at this point.

      I have a monthly membership at Tidal for $35. I logged into my bank account yesterday ******23) morning and had been charged $44.97. I sent an email that morning and received an automated response that someone would reach out to me. Never heard back. I called a few hours later and could not get through on the line, so I left a detailed message with my phone number. Never heard back. I called again this morning *****/23) and someone answered. I told her what had happened and requested a refund and a cancellation. She said that since a price increase sign had been up at the carwash for more than 30 days that I had been properly notified and she could not refund my money, but I could continue to use the carwash for the next month. I told her that I did not authorize that amount nor did I agree to it. I did not read a sign at the carwash about my price going up. I would consider an email, phone call or text a sufficient notification, not a sign up at the carwash (that I didn't see).

      I do not wish to go to a carwash that charges unauthorized amounts on my card and that has such terrible business practices. She said she would cancel my membership, but no refund, so I am paying an unauthorized amount for a month of carwashes that I will not be using.

      When I first went they were offering a promotion for $30 for the first month and so we did that because we were going to pay $30 for the car wash as it was so might as well do the monthly and they explained it would charge us the next month full amount so I canceled it a few days prior to the date they were supposed to charge me and received the email confirming me cancelling and they still charged me anyways and so I called today and they said they would not refund it but that I could use it until ******* **** even though I cancelled and will not be using the car wash at all anymore. This business obviously likes scamming people because I’ve read other complaints of the same thing happening. I just don’t understand how I can cancel it yet still be charged and not be refunded the $49

      I was told about the promotion and agreed to it however did not know they were charging $49.95 recurring monthly charges. I called on **** and told them that I did not agree to $49.95 coming out and she said she cancelled it the end of the month and cannot give me my money back. They never told me this. I love on a fixed income of $760 a month. This takes food from my mouth for the month. They said oh well. You should have read the fine print.

      Bailment…My vehicle was damaged on ****** 8th, 2023, at the ******** ** Tidal Wave Auto Spa. Damages incurred amount to $872.14. In the incident report filed, the site leader indicated that the video does not show damage to vehicle upon entering. Photos and videos were taken by both parties. Tidal Wave Auto Spa Corporate has failed to respond to any request for claims or damages. The site leader didn’t file the incident report to the corporate office. The site leader made the determination that although he can “visually see” the damage after the car wash “but no explanation” for said damages. I personally viewed the on-site camera from multiple angles and there were absolutely no damages before entering the carwash.
      In addition, I have requested, in public notice, that any individuals that have sustained damage at this location to come forward. To wit, within less than 18 hours from notice, 24 individuals have given their name and type of damage.

      Tidal Wave Car Spa in a new business in ******** ********  I purchased the special for $9.99 on ****2023 and it was to renew in 30 days. I cancelled the renewal on ****/2023. On ****2023 the charge of $49.99 cleared my ***** ***** bank account. When I contacted the Tidal Wave Ga main office, I was told they recharged me on ****/2023. That would have only been 25 days, not the 30 days of car wash I was entitled to. They have not agreed to refund my $49.99.

      ****/23 - They damaged my vehicle and blame anything else they can think of to not take any responsibility. A worker split my windshield, they even have video footage of it not cracked until his worker touched it and they blame the heat and cold water for it. It wasn't cracked until the worker hit it with the brush, we heard the hit. The way they speak to customers is embarrassing. Manager refused to give corporate phone number and only gave customer service which was of no help. I'm seeking refund for the replacement of the windshield $704.99.
