      Visited Tidal Wave ******* ******* *** wash *** **, 2023. After paying the attendant, he offered a promotion for a future car wash at the discounted price. He did not verbally disclose that there would be monthly billing at $49.03/month. I did not sigh up, visit a web site to confirm any agreement.

      I canceled the "membership" by phone and received an email confirmation. However, I did not receive a refund of the $49.03 billing which appeared on my **** statement, **** ** 20023.

      They claim it was in the small print. She asked if the attendant said there would be monthy billing. I said, no. She said they are supposed to disclose this. I contend this was deceit and bad faith practices by Tidal Wave.

      I went to the wash in ********** **. I was told by employee that for about the same price as a single wash, I could get a month of washes. He swiped my card and taped a sticker in my windshield. 2 mns later , I see a charge for $39.99 taken from my bank account. I was never told I was signing up for a membership. It was never mentioned. They have taken this amount twice. It is deceitful and devious. I called their customer service and was told "my consent " was on a receipt I was never provided. They are theives.

      I paid 25 dollars for a wash and it was suppose to be for the month. They took 40 out my account and when I asked about getting my money back the told me no cause they don't like the way I talk. They were no help at corporate office and Nardia, Anna, Crystal, Jessica need to be fired. I need my money back yesterday. All this happened today once my money was taken. People who can't talk to people shouldn't be given a job to answer phones. Your two mangers and two employees need an attitude adjustment. They must never met a real man before in the life. Smh.

      On *****2023 at or around 6PM we brought our vehicle to Tidal Wave Auto Spa in ***** ****** ** to have it washed through their automachine wash service. We previously took the car through this same autowash before, with no issues using our car's attached OEM roof cross bars (attached to factory installed roof rails) as we had signed up for a monthly subscription with Tidal Wave Auto spa. We were never given any explicit warnings/notices about our roof bar attachments being a potential issue with this automachine wash. After taking our car through Tidal Wave Auto Spa wash on ****, we noticed that are OEM roof cross bar attachments were missing. We were able to trace the date the cross bars went missing to ****. On **** we also took our car through the same Tidal Wave Auto Spa car wash and evidence shows that the cross bar attachments were then missing on **** (see attached pictures for reference). After corresponding with Tidal Wave Auto Spa, an agent of their business their manager in ***** ***** admitted that our roof cross bar attachment had in fact been lost when we took our car through their wash on ****/23, that they had disposed of our roof cross bar attachments without finding us, the owner of said property. After formally requesting that Tidal Wave Auto Spa replace our lost OEM roof cross bar attachments which Tidal Wave Auto Spa admitted to throwing out, Tidal Wave Auto Spa refused to cover the cost of replacing our OEM roof cross bar attachments. We are asking for assistance with getting this business to make us whole again for their misconduct, by covering the approx. cost of obtaining the same roof cross bar attachments for our car, which is ~$250 dollars because we were not given fair warning/notice about the risk (Tidal Wave Auto Spa admitted that previous factory installed roof racks had been lost in their machine priorly), this business admitted our property was lost at their site and admitted to throwing out our property without permission.

      They continued to charge my bank account after the paid contract time period had run out. I paid for a month of car washes they keep charging my account after the month I had paid for without my permission or me knowing.

      Scratched my 2019 ********* on hood and box sides on both sides!. They took pictures of the damages and a manager finally contacted me saying that it was my fault and I did it using there towels. I asked to see the video and was told I had to have my insurance request it. Now that it's to late I have read multiple stories on social media claiming the same thing!

      After taking my brand new car through the *** ****** Tidal Wave, I noticed tons of scratches and chips all over my car. I told the manager of the store and she took a few pictures but denied that it could’ve been from the car wash, when I know for a fact it was. The same thing happened to my boyfriends car when we took it through but instead it got a huge scratch down the side of the car. I am very upset with how tidal wave has handled this, not serving their customers right or listening to their loyal customers. We had a whole fleet for our business with them but cancelled after this incident and how it was handled. I would like to be compensated for needing to get a new paint job on my whole car.

      I went into this car wash on ********* with a new paint job, no scratches and when I came out it had a large dent and 2 deep scratches, approx 6 inches each on my rear passenger door. I have proof/statement from the site manager that he admits his car wash has done similar damage to vehicles, but he is not willing to pay for the damage done to my vehicle. I have approx $400.00 in damage according to the body shop. This wash has also cause similar damage to the vehicle of a relative of mine. The contact information for their corporate is minimal. I've spoken to a few people who only give their first names and no other information.
      I have made attempts to reach them but they only allow me to leave messages. They have not followed up or reached back out to me at all.

      I was offered a free carwash. Once I went through the long line and reached the representative, I was offered a 1x $9.99 Special car wash to use within 30 days for $9.99. Once I received my credit card, there was a $49.99 charge. I found the receipt and lo and behold, read the fine print. Very deceitful.

      When I went to the car wash, I found out that they did not receive my payment for the month of December 2022. I proceed to give them my new card because I forgot to inform them that I have a new card. The clerk gave me a prorated for the month since it was near the end of the month. I got a alert from my bank that Tidal Wave took $39.99 out of my account instead of $29.99. I reached out to the customer service and they gave me a hard time back and forth telling me there’s nothing they can do and that the price was raised and they continued to tell me that I never paid for the month of December 2022 which I have attached the proof that I did. I even asked to speak to the management and they refused to allow me to speak to the management about this. However, I did not know about the changes and felt I should have been told that I will be paying $10 more when I was never notified of that. I have been using this car wash for over 2 years paying $29.99 a month and still don’t understand why the price went up without telling or explaining to me.
