      I left ********* to have my oil changed; my light was intact. I went through the carwash right across the street, and after I got home, I noticed my side light was torn off, and being that it is on the passenger rear side, I could not see it from inside the car. I repeatedly called customer service, who kept saying they would escalate my claim, but I have heard nothing back; it's been a couple of weeks now.

      On Saturday ********** I was going through the car wash and felt an jerk, instantly noticed that my tire pressure went from 38 psi to 1. After leaving out of the tunnel, I contacted one of the workers to report it. After reporting it and doing an incident report, I was told I would be contacted in a few days, so I called and spoke with the manager at the location where the incident happened ( ****** ****) and was told after his investigation, that he didn't see anything that could have caused the incident.

      The damage to the tire is not consistent to damage created by our machines. However, the management did conduct an extensive review of the machines to ensure it was not caused my something within the wash. I am sure a damaged tire is frustrating, but Tidal Wave cannot be liable to this damage.

      I went to get a carwash at the Washington Rd location around **** on ******** ** 2022. I was car **** I got the tidal wave wash and shine. My car got stuck on the machine that pulls you through the car wash. My tires got stuck and it grind my rims taking out chucks. I was telling the attendant to shut the carwash off but she didn't. It shot my car and the car behind be out causing the vehicle behind me to hit my car. There was no management on site. The young lady who was their was very rude and didn't take any pictures and didn't file an incident report. She also refused to give me her name.

      I have called several time and the adjuster has tried to call but they will not assist me. The field manager was suppose to call me but has not.

      I have spoken with Marney? at the corporate office several times. Chad was the general manager who was not on site.

      The consumer was attempting to drive her car through a car wash. She was instructed by a man to get "on track' which she thought she was. The windshield was covered in soap suds and the consumer's vehicle collided into the vehicle in front of her. She later discovered on the video that the man did not guide her on track as she though.

      I drove my ****************** through the Tidal Wave Car Wash in mid *********************** GA. The facility was new to the city and I had been given a free car wash coupon from there by a friend. I had never experienced a tidal wave wash before. The equipment did a good job as to washing, but I, as well as the two people with me, were shocked at how pounding it was to my vehicle. However, I had no idea how damaging this equipment can be to an automobile. After leaving the facility, the rubber seal on my windshield came loose and started flapping. I checked with my auto dealership and was told that I should go to a body shop. *****************************, checked my car and showed me where the covers for the rubber had been broken allowing the rubber to come off. They replaced the rubber and the covers and charged me $591.13. I told them about the car wash visit, and they agreed that the equipment is so powerful that it is capable of causing such damage. I went to the Tidal Wave in Bainbridge and carried the bill to ***********. I have also contacted the area business headquarters for Tidal Wave and spoken with *****, a customer service person. However, he tells me that the equipment did not do this damage, and that *****, at **************p agreed with him.
      But, I contacted *****, and he said that *****'s statement is not true. He told me that it was definitely the most probable cause of this damage. He tried to contact ***** and defy what I was told. But, ***** will not answer his calls.
      I am a 75 year old female living on limited income. I believe in all honesty that Tidal Wave equipment caused me to have this damage to my car, and it is very difficult for me to have such as this occur unexpectedly with a big cost. *****, I thought, was somewhat rude by telling me that my car is old. I bought it new 7 years ago, worked at my age to pay for it, and took good care of it. Tidal Wave needs to understand and pay the $593.13

      I am sorry to hear about your experience. It is my understanding the concerns about the damage were addressed with the wash location after the repairs were made and we were not able to verify damage prior to repairs. We would be happy to have viewed the damage and started a report and looked into this, however the repairs were already complete when the damage was reported.

      I have entered my rebuttal and it failed to go through. Once more..I was not aware that your company should be responsible for this until I went to the body shop and they showed me just what had happened. The covers over the rubber had been broken almost underneath and this caused the rubber to come almost. Pictures were made and carried to you. I don't know if the body shop kept the covers or not. I didn't need to be driving my car all around with rubber flapping so I had it fixed as soon as parts came in. Also, I don't recall seeing a sign at tidal wave that says only new cars should go through. My car is not junk. It is a ******** that I have taken care of. It is normally hand washed. It is also garaged. Your employee, Steve, said it was old and that's what caused damage. I totally disagree. I am sorry that you want to disrespect and mistreat the elderly. I am an honest person, and if you don't pay for this, you will always owe it.
