      My paint on the hood and top of my wifes ***** has been completely scratched up! We had a monthly service paid monthly and it was the only place we washed our car for approximately four years or so and then late last year we noticed all these scratches! We mentioned it too a young guy there and he canceled our monthly service and returned one month payment to my account! I guess there is nothing to do but warn people! Pretty sad!

      visited title wave auto spa in **********, ******** off *** ******* **** around noon. During the brushing process my license plate cover was broken off my car and the sales lead said my claim would be denied because it was an aftermarket part and they were not responsible for it. Your "aftermarket" excuse does not hold up. Some courts find that businesses cannot broadly exclude liability just by labeling something as "aftermarket" if it's a common, reasonable accessory, such as a standard license plate cover, similar to what a dealership would install. I would also like to point out that while there is a disclaimer up at the entrance, the sign was not pointed out to me prior to entering the car wash, nor was I informed that I was "accepting the terms and conditions" by proceeding. It was only after my car was damaged that I was informed. Legally, for such a disclaimer to be enforceable, it must be clearly communicated before the transaction. If I cannot enter your car wash without my car being damaged then what is the point in coming at all. You have an implied duty of care to ensure it doesn't cause undue damage to a customer's property. Your equipment damaged my vehicle, which is negligent, especially since a reasonable person would not expect such damage from a normal car wash experience. I have been to this car wash multiple times and this has never happened. I have multiple receipts to prove my previous visits.

      I went through the Tidal Wave Auto Spa car wash on ******* **** at approximately 5:00pm. While in the wash one of the brushes got wrapped around my light bar at one point and then at a 2nd brush got wrapped around my light bar a 2nd time. Causing damage to the wiring and the light bar. The incident was reported immediately after it happened to the manager. Pictures were taken, my information was taken, and I was told a claim would be filed and someone would be in contact with me within 3-5 days. I have revisited the site on 3 separate occasions to follow and was given the run around. I have contacted customer service on 3 separate occasions with no resolution. I have also sent emails to their claims department with no response. I was told today ******** **** that the incident had been turned over to my insurance company and that I needed to contact them. That is not even possible because that information was not shared at any point, but I did contact my insurance company just to clarify. Nothing has been submitted or reported to them. I don’t know what else to do at this point.

      Hello. I have sent several emails over the past couple of weeks and was assigned ticket number ***** but no one from the company has responded. I went through the car wash a couple of weeks ago and the back of my SUV was covered in the same dirt I drove in with. The brushes never touched the back of my SUV

      On ******* *** ****, I went to the Tidal Wave car wash located in ******** * **, to wash my car. They offered me a special deal that paying 10,67 $ I could wash my car unlimited time during the month and so I take it. I was not informed on any subscription plan neither aproved or signed for that. two month after that I check my credit card bill and realized that I have been billed monthly more than 53 $ until now (that is tree times the charge). I look in the webpage to check why the were charging me to something I did not subscribe for. I discover thy have monthly suscriptions and I try to request cancellation. I crate a request they sent me a number ***** and said they will contact in 3 to 5 business days, they did not contact me and any effort to contact or cancel the subscription is not working. I think I will need to cancel credid card as the only way to get rid of this monthly charges, this is obviously a fraud and this company are criminals. I will try to dispute the charges with bank but it is not posible that this type of business can do this unharmed and that is why I complaint.

      Local car wash named Tidal Wave offered me a month of car washes for an additional $10 more then the single car wash cost. I opt to that to find they charged my card $37.42 monthly beginning **** **** on the 26th of every month.
      Called customer service and they told me I agreed to the terms. In which I did not.

      After using their car wash for a few months with no problems, on ******* **** after going through the car wash I noticed heavy swirling effects all over my car. The manager would not open a claim because the damage “couldn’t have possibly been caused by their machine because he can’t see the swirling all over the car. It was a dark day out with heavy cloud cover when the manager looked at it and I told him 3+ times that it’s difficult to see without sun light. I asked if I can come back on a brighter day so he can see the damage and agreed but said it probably wouldn’t have an effect on the outcome. He wouldn’t open a claim and offered me one free month of a touch less car wash which is not the resolution I was hoping for. I do not accept this as a resolution for the damage on my car. I need to get in touch with someone who can actually look at my car without bias. The location investigated themselves and found “nothing wrong” so they can’t open a claim.

      For two months I have been charged full prices for two vehicles instead of being charged the family plan price. I have talked to my local location in ********* twice and they told me to call customer service to fix this, when I called customer service on ******* and spoke to Latamera, she stated she didn’t have the ability to assist me. She told me I had to talk back to my local location site leader and I told her I had talked to this location twice and nothing was done. She said she sent the site lead an email to call me and no one has contacted me as of *******. I am getting to the point of wanting to cancel both my plans and go elsewhere because it shouldn’t be this difficult to get a family plan. I would like both my plans merged to a family plan and I would like the difference refunded back to me for the two months I paid full price for both plans. Also you all should consider allowing your customer service department the ability to handle concerns like this instead of telling us to go back to our location. It’s inconveniencing especially when a worker there tells us to contact customer service and since your locations doesn’t have telephones for us the customers to reach them. I paid $47.94 for two months for two individual plans instead of paying for one family plan. Please assist and thank you in advance.

      I got a membership at Tidal Wave on ******** ****. I was told I could cancel anytime before ******** ****, **** to prevent getting charged for the following month. I wrote into the customer service team on ******** **, **** requesting a cancellation. On ******** **, **** I was charged $49.97 for the membership. I wrote into two more times over the following three weeks requesting a refund for the membership. I did not use my membership during this time. They finally responded after 30 days to inform me they will not be issuing me a refund. They are not providing funds for a service I requested to cancel and did not use. They did not have communication with me for over 30 days despite me reaching out multiple times. I have escalated this to management at corporate, and they are refusing to refund me money for services not rendered.
