    On September 11, 2024 I requested a transport for a vehicle from ******** to ******** with order# ********. The representative stated the first time her name was **** and when I talked with her a 2nd time she stated it was **** not sure if this was some kind of joke or what. However I was called the next day and was told they would be picking up the vehicle on 9/12/24 and delivery date would be 9/13/24 and they would need a portion of the cost which was $200.00 and it was charged to my credit card. The morning of 9/13/24 I was sent a text that read "Hello, we just received a call from the carrier company, saying that the driver has an family emergency and will have to get back home as fast as possible. They won/'t be able to pickup the vehicle. We restarted the search right away and will try to assign a driver as fast as possible for today. We are sorry for the inconvenience." After hearing that I agreed to wait until Monday. Now on Monday 9/16/24 I received a text stating that a new driver was assigned to pick up the vehicle and estimated pickup was 3-4 days. Feeling somewhat skeptical I reached out to the driver on 9/18/24 and I was told there was no order or anything for a pickup in ******** to ********. I texted **** or dispatch to see what the status was on the pickup, no reply. I called and was told another excuse. However I felt that it was just a big scam and I requested to cancel my order and refund my $200. I was told that it was cancelled and the refund would be initiated tomorrow which was 9/19/24. Today is now 9/27/24 and no refund was issued.

    Hello,

    As discussed back in October - the refund was duly processed from our side and we sent proof regarding that mid-October 2024. We also provided screenshot regarding the refund completion and informed you it might take 3-5 business days for it to post in your account which is dependant on the bank processing the transaction.

    We are resending the necessary proof of the refund from our side and in the unlikely event that it still hasn't posted in your account we recommend checking directly with your bank.

    We apologize regarding the carrier cancelation and altough it's not something fully in our control, we as a company continue to work on improving our processes and communication to ensure the reliability and trustworthiness of our service.

    On 4/25/2024 I paid the car delivery serves to transport my 2012 Buick LaCrosse from ******* ***** to ************ *******. It took the cars ****** 10 days to deliver when it original such have been less then 3 days. The delivery services told me they were going to refunded me ****** dollar for the inconvenience. I have yet to see any return on my card. I even contact my bank and no such transaction exist. I will simply accept the ****** dollars that they said they will return. I have called a few time and they give me the run around.Please Help Thank You ***********************

    The complaint in question is associated with a transaction that occurred with a sister company whose offices are offshore. I am trying to get them to resolve this issue, but it is taking longer than expected.  I do not see any reason why this matter cannot be resolved internally with haste once all the pieces are in place.

    Sakaem Logistics quoted me a price to transport my vehicle across the country. After missing the deadline, they called me and said they would have to charge more money. After apologizing for the delay, they (*****) told me that they (Sakaem) were not going to make any money and that the entire $1300 would be going to the carrier (not Sakeam). They then charged my credit card the $200 they said they would not. I want the $200 re-imbursed.
