  Hi, total scam artists. Beware, you cant trust them. They send you a reasonable quote. Then they tell you they will get you a driver. All good until they tell you on the day you want them they cant find a driver, because they are too far away, but if you pay a fair amount more they can do it. I refused. Next time tried another excuse, but this time lowered the increase. Refused again. Told them if they dont find a driver for the quoted price by noon the next day I will find another company. Yup, now they just happened to find someone for the quoted price. Imagine that. Accepted. Come billing time they charged me more then agreed on amount. Complained and they said that was the price. I said I had a confirmation on what the price should have been. They agree and say they will issue a refund. Waited time they told me. Complained again. Said they sent it. Nothing. Complained again saying I would report to credit card company and social media. They sent me another email with a copy of some emergency credit issued. A week later and still no credit. Its now been a total of 14 days since I was charged. ******. Thank you.

  I have a very bad experience with this company. My car was supposed to be delivered in ******* They were 4 days late. But, the process became a nightmare as I could not get a straight answer of where my car was. No communication between the company and the driver. They never showed up on the delivery day, but continued to say that the driver was close by and he was going to be at my house soon. I knew it was BS. The next day i called and the driver was in *******. The ordeal of back and forth went for another 3 day with empty promises. I get it, things can happen. But, all I asked it was for them to be transparent, so my BF would not wait around. The driver finally got there, but told my BF to meet him up the road. So my BF took his bike to go get my car. The driver was annoyed that my BF took 10 mins to get there. The driver named ***** was rude with a horrible attitude. all he cared was to get the Money and go. No apologies what so ever. So much more to this, but too long of a story.

  Avoid like a plague!! They quoted me low price for car shipment a week out with a 3 day pickup window. After multiple emails to them asking status they then told me the following week they have nothing so had to cancel and go elsewhere. Very unethical sales practices and disgusting. Count me a sucker who took their bait. ***

  Very professional and prompt service. I would certainly use this company again. The driver, ******************* ( ***** Haulers) kept me informed from pick up to deliveryThanks for a wonderful experience!
