    I am employed with ***************. ****** ******* was suppose to sale a excellent condition 2019 Gmc SLT for me since Nov 2024. The vehicle was in his possession since this date until I was notified that he was renting my truck to people for a profit. 5 months he had this truck and had not attempted to sale it as i was still making payments and a lein holder was still on it. When I received my truck back march 13th 2025 for nonsale my truck was damaged, rims bent and scratched, chiped paint, and the drivers left bumper was scratched as if it had been in an accident. ****** ******* should have his dealers license revoke to never be able to sale another vehicle again to anybody in any city or state. And should be made to pay for the damages that occurred while in his possession. There is a report in progress with the ************** in *************. He has a office located in ****** GA as well as on in Conyers GA on Iris ********** number for this incident is ************ ..damage amount $2500.00

    In May of 2022, I purchased a car from this dealer. At that time he was to deliver the title to the car which to date he has not. Additionally, because he did not provide title as promised to the bank, my car loan was turned into a personal loan for which I incurred additional fees. In order to resolve this issue he entered into a verbal contract, stating that he would refund $14,000 of my money and I would be able to retain possession of the car for which he would get title. Today he has been avoidant and has not responded to any of my questions or concerns about when we would be able to finalize this issue so that I could move on and buy a car that I can actually own and drive. Given Mr. ******* tendency to be dishonest, and avoidant at this point, I am seeking full refund of my money and am preparing to take this matter to court should no viable resolution be made.
