    My issue addresses the cosmetic end of the business.On DECEMBER 8, 2022, I attempted to make an appointment for the final treatment of a package deal that I purchased for three IPL sessions costing $550 in 2020, soon after the sheltering-in-place order went into effect. At that time, I was told that my package had expired. There was never any word about an expiration date on packages I'd purchased in the past. During a different treatment on June 9, 2022, I discussed my final IPL treatment with *****************************, explaining that my dermatologist disallows laser treatments in the spring/summer and that I would make an appointment with her before the end of the year. She mentioned that **************** was selling his business and I asked how this would affect me and when it would happen, I was given a vague response. In actuality, the transaction occurred on June 6, 2022. I was never made aware of this. Before sending a certified letter on Feb. 14, 2023 to the business, asking for reimbursement of $183 for the denied treatment, I spoke with **************** on January, 31, 2023, hoping to resolve the matter. He owned the business when I made my payment for the package and still serves as a consultant. I was his patient for more than 30 years before he retired. In spite of our good relationship, I have not yet heard from him or from ******************************Aside from the underhanded theft and lack of disclosure, I have experienced improper treatment, outlined in an email sent to ***********************, the *** on March 21, 2023. I can provide a copy of this upon request and I have written an accounting of mistreatment on the review left on this site earlier.I have been duped by a business that I patronized for over 30 years and of course, I am angry. I didn't want to go public w/ my complaint but have made every attempt to handle this nicely. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated. I am asking that the money I paid, please be reimbursed.

    I had two cysts removed, one on 6/16/2022 and the second on 6/30/2022. I was told I would get a call about the biopsy results, either way. I still have not heard back. I have called multiple times, left messages with people and on the answering machine, for someone to call with my results. I got a hold of one person who said that only the 6/30/2022 procedure was processed. She then said shed have the manager call be back asap. That was 2 days ago and no call. I have received a bill in the mail for the biopsies, which I feel I should not have to pay until I get my results. I am requesting that the BBB help me to get my biopsy results.

    Date of the transaction- 3/28/2022 Amount -$477.60 The person who took payment- ***************************** I entered the location to consult on skin services which were done with the patient coordinator ***************************** on 3/28/2022. After consulting and deciding on a package, **************** informed me that I had two ways to schedule an appointment. 1. By phone or by emailing her directly. After unsuccessfully not being able to reach scheduling I emailed **************** for my 1st appointment for a facial on March 31st, **************** replied on ***** 1st "I apologize for the delay in response. Unfortunately, the schedule for next Friday is booked is there any other time you would like? I did not respond via e-mail and decided to call to try to schedule.Again, I am not successful with scheduling so I e-mail ***************************** on ***** 21st requesting a refund, ******** response "Good morning ******, I apologize that you have not been able to reach anyone. Please allow me to find an appointment for you, we are short-staffed which is not your problem", I proceeded to reply with a refund request via e-mail and ******** responded "I will present this to our practice manager we have a no refund policy. I will follow up after presenting this request.I spoke with the office manager via phone and due to the inconvenience, the manager offered a free facial and informed me that if I had a good experience then I could continue with the service or move forward with the refund. Again, it is ***** and I am still having a difficult time with calling & scheduling and **************** e-mail address ********************* is no longer a valid email address. I have proceeded with wanting a refund, I was advised by ***************************** that I would receive a refund and it would take up to 4-5 weeks. When I followed up this month, the office manager advised that the new company they merged with denied my refund.
