    I contacted them for a quote to clean my * bedroom * bath house. I was told that I had to have things out of the way for them to basically spray and clean surfaces. The quote was 390 including the cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator and stove. The day of the cleaning I did not have everything put away to clean the whole house so I contacted the manager and told her that and I only needed the laundry room kitchen dining room living room one bathroom and hallway cleaned and make up the bed and clean the floor in one of the rooms. These areas weren't thoroughly cleaned and the trash was not taken out and the oven was half cleaned and the racks were left out plus the refrigerator was untouched. When they were done cleaning they asked me to do a walk through. The floors were soaking wet and I didn't want to risk falling so I walked to the nearest room that they cleaned which was the bathroom and briefly looked it over. I told them with the floors being wet I will check once things were dry and could they please clean the footsteps I've made. Once the floors were dry I saw the cleaning was not thoroughly done and immediately notified the manager. She apologized and scheduled for Tiffany one of the people who came to clean to come back and reclean. I agreed. She told me she would have my total the following day which was 310 which supposedly is for 5 hours work and the cleaning of the oven and refrigerator which is only 80 dollars less than the quote. We went back and forth about the pricing and I was eventually contacted by Kevin via email that they cleaned * bedrooms and * bathrooms plus the oven and refrigerator and no one was coming to reclean I wasn't getting any money back and I can no longer use their services
