    I wanted to share that I always request a specific maid pro professional and the company continues to send different people to my home which has been a constant battle. I was called by the maid pro professional to let me know of her arrival that day and with the Maid Pro office being closed that day, we were not able to make changes. With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, I reluctantly allowed her to clean our home. The service was just okay in my opinion; I feel the floors weren't properly swept or vacuumed - they were partially at best but there were obvious areas that needed more attention. Also, she dropped the vacuum cleaner down my wood stairs and caused damage to the stair treads as well as my brand new hardwood floors which I was incredibly upset about. Lastly, she began to clean the oven out; my husband had told her that it wasn't required however, she had already put cleaner in the oven. She did not continue as informed however, leaving the cleaner in the oven has caused additional problems. I did not realize cleaner had been left in there and went to use the oven later that evening and caused the oven to start smoking and left a horrible smell as a result. I had to completely change my dinner plans as a result. This was very unacceptable and poor service. I will be ending my service with Maid Pro as a result of this poor customer service.

    I am very disappointed in service I received.
    The last 2 times I have used you for cleaning there were 2 people sent to clean. I was very clear on what was needed and that is in writing.
    When “time was up” I was told in order for the cleaner to stay there would be additional charges.
    The major of my house was left untouched including the floors.
    The cleaner took several breaks in her car and spent more time creating designs with tissues than actual cleaning which made her “run out of time”.
    When I spoke to the manager about this and asked why there wasn’t 2 people sent I was told it was due to staffing.
    I understand staffing issues but I wasn’t made aware of this before the clean it was only after the “time was up” when this was discussed
    I explained coming back Monday wasn’t an option because I have company coming in tomorrow.
    The cleaning person was told to leave and in my opinion this is a situation where services were not rendered for payment.
    As I stated to the manager the customer should not be penalized for staffing issues or shortages.
    I received a call back stating the cleaning person could come back for an hour and finish the job for the price quoted. However, there was way more than an hours work left.
    I asked why she was told to leave in the first place.
    It was stated she said she doesn’t work for free.
    I explained this wasn’t services rendered. The manager Ebony stated she wouldn’t charge my card until resolved.
    There was an attempted charge for $259 on my card which wasn’t the amount quoted on the estimate and no explanation was given.
    I have emailed several times to Ebony , info, , maid pro Warner Robins email, Betty temple, and reached out through Instagram as well asking for a response.
    Nobody has contacted me.
    Basically the employee of maid pro walked off the job without finishing the work and nobody is resolving it.
    This is just bad business.
