    I am very disappointed in the service/lack of service that I received on 6/26/25. My husband and I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at 11:22am. We sat in the waiting area, the tech came with **** for my signature. Well, 2:00pm came and we haven't seen anyone. So, I go to the service area to ask about my vehicle to the tech who had signed me in
    and he act like he don't know what's going on. I told him my name and how long I have been waiting for an oil change/ tire rotation and how ridiculous it is for waiting that long. He stated he was short of help, to me that was the wrong time to tell me that because if there were any regard of customer service, he should have told me that up front and/or come to the waiting
    room to inform me. Better yet, he could have text me because I signed up for text messages while I was there. Well, he came in and told me my vehicle was ready and the bill was taken care of. My husband and I left, but we notice that the Tire monitoring system was still on and the air pressure in the tires was the same and no rotation. I am thinking that he probably didn't do an oil change either. I checked my Buick app and noticed that it still stated that I needed an oil change soon and no tire rotation. Every since I purchased my vehicle in 2019 from this
    dealership, I have not been pleased with their
    service department or customer service. By the way, we didn't even receive a print out for services completed. They are not trustworthy! This level of unprofessionalism, poor service, and lack of concern for customer care is unacceptable for such a business as this.

    Scam Dishonest poor-service Scam DO NOT TRUST or DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THE FIVE-STAR DEALERSHIP.
    They charge me over 9k for repairs kept my vehicle for over FIVE MONTHS and didn't do the repairs I had to go to another dealership to get the exact repairs done ********* ********* *** did excellent and honest work. Brian Casey Linda the entire team are SCAMMERS they tried BULLYING AND FORCING ME TO CHANGE THE 1 STAR TO 5 STARS knowing they deserve 0 ZERO STAR
    RIP to Keith the only honest one there was.

    We contest any allegations made by this customer, and took multiple steps to address her concerns.  The allegations are related to work done in/on December **, 2022.  At one point, this customer filed a lawsuit against us, and her suit was dismissed by the court after hearing the evidence.  We have nothing further to add, nor do we believe it is necessary to have any more contact with the customer.

    I purchased my car from Five Star Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac in Warner Robins, GA. I bought my ****** brand new in 2017. I always took my car back to this location to have work done on it. In 2021 fluid started leaking from my car. I had to leave it at the dealership. The service manager told me that they had no idea how long they would keep my car to repair it. I had never heard of of a dealership not be able to estimate the time they would keep my car. However, when I got the car back after a week or so, it was still leaking and they had to keep the car again without telling me how long they would keep it. Later, about a year ago, I complained of my car idling up and not wanting to change gears. They found no fought in the car after checking it. Two weeks ago, I took my car in for an oil change, tires rotation, and to check my car again for it idling up and not wanting to change gears. They told me that they could not tell me how long they would keep my car. I told them that I needed an estimated time so that I would know how to make plans for being without my vehicle. They told me they could not tell me.
    Also, I asked for a loaner or rental and they did not offer the services since COVID. I then said that the services that they had discontinued did not benefit the customers but benefited the company instead. Later that evening, I received a call for Five Star at GMC in Warner Robins, GA where they informed me that my car was ready for pick up that they found no fought with my car and for me never to bring my car back there again. I called back to ask them why I could not bring my car back, they stated that I was rude to them. I guess for speaking my opinion about their services. However, I was not rude nor disorderly. I purchased a car from them, paid for it, and had all my service work done with them & was asked not to come back for speaking my opinion about their services to customers. MY CAR NEEDS A TRANSMISSION

    We
    would be more than happy to address any concern on the customer's vehicle that
    we are able to duplicate and diagnose. However, we have had several incidents
    of not being able to duplicate the customer’s concern. Our service department has
    a high volume of customers' daily, which can result in delays for many reasons.
    There are times where it can be very difficult to give a precise turnaround
    time for certain types of repairs or diagnosis. We do not and have not had
    loaner cars for years and yes it was a direct result of Covid which resulted in
    inventory shortages from the manufacture, to which the loaner cars were
    supplied from. Based on the customer review, it is apparent that we are no
    longer able to meet the customer’s expectations.

    purchase a CT5 350Tubo, noticed 6 things wrong with it, made contact for weeks and didnt get any help, mind you going to location is an 2 hr trip for me.after month i waste gas and time and put miles on my new car just to be treated like crap. The customer service was gross, one thing i complained about was the hood had dents all over it so the service manager told me to take a claim out with my car insurance. WHATTTT, i said no then he said well you could have did that i asked how he said i dont know why did it take you so ling to report this. i looked at him crazy and said are you kidding me?Ive been trying to repair things on this purchase for 2months he said thats a problem. Things did'nt change until i said i was going to write reviews everywhere and tell people how you treat custmers and i have emails and text messages to prove ive been trying to fix these things, he then said well maybe it was hail that dented the hood.OHHHHH so hail would only dent the hood and leave the rest of the car ok and my car sleeps in a newwwwww nice and clean garage. He did'nt say much after that. Mind you at this point its me a 5 ft 2inc black women standing around 4 white guys disputing each thing they are taking turns throwing at me. i felt unsafe and violated.Brandon,and Andrew or Al are names i remember and ryan i think. from. It took from 02/014/23 to 05/24/23 to get things done and they still did'nt fix everything. my heater works when it wants to and it was cold in february and march, especillay at 5 am when i was up for work. They told me that i need to prove to them its a problem since by the time i would come to the service departmentit would be after 8am and hot outside they had noway to know the heater is not working. I was told to wait to NEXT WINTERRRRR to come back to prove to them the heat dosent work. I put so many miles on my car do to working my warrenty probley wont be in affect next year.Its annoying driving a 2023caddillac ct5 350tubo and knowing its broke.

    I purchased my car back in ****** of 2022. A chevy **** *** as of ******* *, 2022, I still don't have plates on my car. How hard is it to get plates for a car. This should have been fixed by now
