    I bought my 20** Dodge *** ******* from them in August of 2023. My screen on my radio is cracked been cracked since I bought the truck and it was reported to them before I our the truck and I was told that it will be fixed with no charge. I have text messages between the seller and I talking about it. I never got a call about my radio being fixed since I had the truck. Every time I come get an oil change I say some about the radio screen is still crack they took pictures and told me they would give me a call, which I never got. I came up here today to get an oil change and mentioned my radio and the GM Chris told one of his workers to tell me that he wasn’t going to pay for my radio to be fixed after all the lies of yall telling me yall was going to fix it. I would recommend you not to give them any business here.

    I scheduled an oil change for 1 pm. Arrived at 12:40. They kept my tuck hostage until 4:15 and up charged the oil change to $300 dollars with overcharged filters and oil while billing $73 dollars in labor. No one mentioned them being behind or overly busy. No one could explain why it was taking so long. I received my truck back with the undercarriage covered in old oil the boot to the air filter loose and not fully seated and the drivers seat and floor covered with plastic and paper trash.

    I bought a 2023 Jeep ******** ****** ***** *** January of this year. I drove the car 3 months before the car indicated that my engine temperature was running hot. I initially took the car to a local jeep dealership in Macon since I don't live in Warner Robins. They told me I had to have my water pump replaced because there was a leak. I didn't get my water pump replaced until two months after because it was on back order. I got the car back late June. I only drove the car 8 days before the same problem came up. I took the car back to Warner Robins and they said that the PCM needed to be reset. That didn't work so then I was told that the whole engine had to be replaced but they don't know if that would completely fix the problem. My car sat on the lot for months without the dealership even ordering an engine to replace the one in my car. I have been without a car since I dropped the car off at the dealership. This dealership fails to realize that this has been a total inconvenience for me. The least somebody could've done was offer me a loaner car. I also think it's unfair that I still have to pay insurance on a car that hasn't been in my possession for going on 4 months now. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of this dealership.

    We have our hands tied by the manufacturer here. The engine was ordered on 8/30/23. It is currently still back ordered with no ETA and the recent UAW strike is making it even more difficult to get parts at all and further delaying parts that have already been on backorder for weeks and months. Jeep Customer Care would be willing to work with you on payments and insurance as that is the manufacturers responsibility, not the dealers. We as a service department exist to fix vehicles and that task has been further complicated by the manufacturer. Jeep Customer Care would also work on providing alternate transportation as the dealership does not offer loaners as stated by the signage posted around the dealership. We have done everything we can at our level to expedite any and every part but we are at the mercy of Jeep and Stellantis with orders and delivery.

    They sell you a new 2023 vehicle then the check engine light comes on and they won’t fix it, they just keep resetting it and giving you the car back. Then have an attitude with you about it. Customer service sucks.

    I guess people don't come to the BBB for good reasons. However, I tend to check these sites before I do business with any company. After, extensive research I decided to give these guys a shot and I'm happy I did. I started online with some basic questions and to my surprise, I received a response with answers and a price, a video of the car and a direct contact person. I went in to see the Truck and in person and there were no surprises because, I just seen a video a few hours earlier. They beat my Credit Unions rate and we bought the truck. Happy with my purchase.

    I had work done to my vehicle on */**/22 to get it running like it should be. On */**/22 my car stopped working in the middle of the road. I had no choice but to coast to a ditch. I had my vehicle towed in to Five Star WRCDJR. They told me I need to sign a form stating they are not responsible for any work they previously done and because of the year and miles they are not responsible for any repairs that may occur. Later that day I got a call that my belt broke and it damaged the engine and it was unrepairable. They knew they should have replaced my belt when I had all the work done but instead they hid their hands and acted like they wasn't responsible. Now I'm out of $3,600 and a car.
