    Basement flooded due to burst pipe. Partial work done on 12/28/22. Owner (***********************) promised me he would supply all the necessary information (specific work done, with photos) to the insurance adjuster (********************* of Alfa) so I can get reimbursed for what I paid him. Since then he has not done so, after repeated calls from me and the insurance man. His wife (?) told both ***** and me that the info had been e-mailed to him twice and to me twice. However, neither of us ever got anything. It does not seem realistic that four e-mails would all get lost in the cyber-void like that. It might be possible, but I doubt it. I believe she was lying to us about this. I have called several times since then to follow up, with no response. I have no complaint about the workers who did the actual clean up and partial repairs. My complaint is that ***** and his wife (I assume) lied to me to get me to agree to hire their company and then did not follow through as promised. I did some research on them on-line and found that several other customers reported the same experiences with them over the years. I wish I had known that before agreeing to hire them. I can prove everything I have said. I have gotten a partial payment from Alfa, but to get the rest of the repairs done and paid for **** has to have the detailed info promised. If not, then I have to pay the thousands of dollars it will take to finish the job.
