      On 11th July I met with Sha from Blinds Boss to receive an estimate. According to their website they install custom plantation shutters. Nowhere does it state they ONLY install outside mount, I was under the impression inside mount was done because the statement made on their website it is custom made. I also was not given any paint samples from Sha because she didnt have them at the time and requested I give her a paint code from the builder. I provided it and that wasnt good enough, I still had to drive to the paint store and provide a color swatch. I wasnt sure if the paint store guided me correctly but the color turned out to be incorrect. There are a convoluted amount of white swatches maybe this company should had given me some sort of guidance. Instead, I get told SORRY, Im out of town. Then shouldnt the employee or owner wait until they can actually see this process through? I did share my unsatisfied feeling of the color and installation with Sha via email 30 August. I asked if there could be a compromise, basically I get told my color choice I have to pay to get the paint redone thats why we ask the client to pick the color. Shas idea of compromise is charging $1100 and a phone call from Shs partner/husband to intimidate and belittle me.
