Pattern of Complaints

On March 3, 2025, Better Business Bureau identified a pattern of complaints against Hawaii Beauty Group. Consumers report issues with customer service, product quality, billing, and refunds. Consumers allege that Hawaii Beauty Group primarily targets tourists, luring them into stores with free samples and high-pressure sales tactics that result in inflated purchases of skincare products and devices. Customers also describe bait-and-switch tactics, where the demonstrated product differs from the one sold, and hidden no-refund policies. Furthermore, consumers allege unauthorized credit card charges and difficulty obtaining refunds, alongside poor customer service and lack of company responsiveness.
