    I had water damage in my home due to a water leak and Eco Clean Hawaii conducted the mitigation. They failed to include me in any decision regarding the number of equipment items utilized or the removal of items until after the mitigation was completed and then they billed me for aspects taken, without my consent, in an amount of over $16000 for 7 days. Equipment installed on Tuesday afternoon 04Mar25 and removed Wednesday morning 12Mar25. Most of the equipment was not used during that time but they brought it over just in case and are billing me for it. I also did not consent to the damage they did to my house, and now I additional to paying them for the damage Im having to pay for it to be repaired. Based on work done, Im willing to pay $8000 max
