    Our 2 year old solar electric system is sending all but 1 kw of power to the grid instead of powering the battery which is at 50 % power every day. We called 13 times so far. Revolusun took 3 weeks before anyone showed up. He looked at our system and said it should work properly after a few days of the system collecting information. Needless to say it did not work. After multiple calls with NO help from a seemingly inept phone answering person We now have another appointment for service 11 days from today. I will NEVER recommend anyone doing business with Revolusun here in ******.

    I've called 3 weeks ago and waiting nearly a month for a tech to check on my solar. Battery or panel is not charging as before and its only been about a year. No one has called since last call 3 weeks ago. Im having to charge from the grid almost everyday and have to cut back on energy use until it gets fixed. Tight now on plating sunny day its charging at below 3kw. Before was 4 to 6 kw and enough to charge and use household appliances without depleting.I am now paying MORE for solar because of their rebate s**** up but that's another issue BBB cannot fix . Its a regrettable decision going solar.

    I called Revolusun ****** on March 1, 2024 in regards to my inverter showing a fault and my data logger was not working. I was told I had to wait till April 23, 2024 to get an appointment. So for almost two months I was only producing 2/3 of my total solar power. Hopefully they do come out on April 23, 2024.

    Outrageously unprofessional and borderline incompetent!I tried to get ********************* system replaced.All went smooth, although a bit slow until the contract was signed and I had payed the 50% down payment (End of Nov 2022)I was told they had a large backlog so I had to wait until mid January 2023 to get a pre-installation inspection.Everything looked great during the inspections. No red flags.Then there was radio silence. No response to my requests for an installation date. Some excuses the project manager was out of office.My old water heater started leaking so I got a bit nervous and requested an installation date (mid Feb 2023).Then I got a tentative installation date for Feb 27/28 Radio silence again. Not a peep not even a day before the planned installation. My request for an update on the date of the planned installation triggered a short response like we will get back to you shortly.On March 6 their accounting department sent me an automated email with an updated invoice without any explanation. From the updated invoice I gathered they would refund the down payment. But there was no check or money transfer.Only after my follow up email I was told that they determined they couldnt do the job because of limited access to the roof and the installation of the tank. They would send my down payment back. They made it sound like I should be glad they reimburse the full amount.So five month later Im back to square one. I guess if you are a big company you can just pick and choose which jobs you want to do. Jerking your customers a long the way.
