      Extremely terrible customer service. I would never buy a car from them again and I would advise anyone else to go to another dealership. I have a safety problem with my 2023 ****** where the transmission hesitates on acceleration, I took my car in they could not duplicate the problem until I took their tech for a test drive. After 3 weeks, their mainland engineers determined it was a transmission problem and said to change it out. It took the service department 4 months to change the transmission. After I picked the car up, the car was worse than when I took it in, the transmission still hesitated, there's a knocking sound whenever I go over a bump or slightly rough road and there's a constant clunking sound coming from a moving part under the car. The car has a safety issue that needs to be fixed. ***** ****** the **** never returned my call when I left a message on his recorder, nor does the service representative ******** return my text and phone messages. Stay away from this company!

      They took my down payment. Scheduled a time to pick up vehicle. Vehicle not available but 4 people told me that its on the way and since we made a deposit we had first right to the car. The very next day they sold it to someone else
