- Cancellation Policy - Once a tour is confirm you can cancel at anytime, but cancellation must be made 48 Hours before tour time for a refund. Please note a 10% fee is charge to cover cancellation and booking fee, and for any cancellations within 48 hrs. of activity or tour, there is no refund. Cancellation policy does not to apply to any Inter Island or One Day Tour that require an airline ticket, once its booked and confirm the airline ticket is Non-refundable or Non-transferable due to Airline Restriction Policy
