    J and B Pork remodeled our hog confinements three years ago. The siding of one barn has rusted already. My husband has called him and the owner doesn't answer the call. So, several months ago I called the owner, ****, and he said he'd come replace the siding the next week. He didn't show up or call with an explanation for any delays. Today, I left another message with him and I believe his wife, and I'm very frustrated and angry. Surprisingly **** returned my call and said that he was in ******* on a family vacation and that he couldn't do the work now because it's the middle of winter. BUT that's a total lie because he remodeled the confinements in the WINTER!!!! I guess **** forgot that when he was trying to think of another excuse.

    Myself and my husband both received voicemails on 3/15/2022

    Mine (*****************************) was as follows:

    yeah my name is *************************, your husband did a remodel for us on our building down here near ******* and one of the barns aluminum siding is rusting through and I have spoken to him and my husband has spoken to him, he does not return phone calls he does not answer his phone and he doesnt show up when he says he is going to fix it. Now if you dont fix it Im going to start with the BBB and Im gonna go from there and gonna start letting people know what a c*** job you guys did on this and how poor your services. My number is ************ you better start getting this resolved. 


    As attached, I will also provide a copy of proof we were out of the country when she called and left both of us these type of messages as with the text messages that I had with her back and forth. 

    To address her complaint:  The remodel was done in May of 2018. (Not 3 years ago) **** did talk with her on December 6th at 2:05pm 2022 and told her we would come by and take a look at it. (He DID NOT say he would fix it next week.).  **** did return her call while on vacation to be talked to in a very unprofessional manner.  **** did tell her we dont replace steel in the winter but would replace when the weather is better.  For safety reasons we dont like our guys to be handling steel in winter / wet /wind conditions.  We have and will do repairs if it has to be done for a timeframe for the barns to be out of commission or emergency situations. As you can see from her text messages, it is not an emergency situation as she is just tired of looking at it. **** has never received a message, voicemail nor has talked to her husband about any of this matter.  He did talk to her husband on Aug 9th at 4:59pm 2022 about him needing another part for his controller.  I have gone through his phone records from July 17th 2022 to date 2023.  I saw 2 other incoming calls with no voicemails. Sept 15th, 2022 & Sept 26th, 2022.  

    She also states in her text messages that we did the inside and out at the same time, however when questioned with it she then agrees the inside was done in 2013. 

    She also states that she has been trying to get **** down there for over a year, but then admits **** was there working on controllers on 7/1/22. If the siding and curtains were a problem for a year, nothing was ever said to **** at that time.  **** had several conversations with her husband about a controller.  He wanted **** to fix his, however we tried various places and couldnt get parts as a result it was replaced with a new one.  Her husband never at that time said a word to **** in regards to her complaints of inside or outside steel. 

    She also states that we put aluminum siding on her barns and it is steel, not aluminum.  You do not put aluminum on an exterior. 


    I understand ********************* is upset her steel didnt get changed in her timeframe she wanted.  We have never denied her to get it replaced.  We have never had a problem before with her husband.  I dont however agree with the way she went about this and the facts not being correct.  You can see as I have pointed out several of her statements are false information.  She states if we dont get this fixed, she will turn us into the BBB, however she does it the same day.  Per my time stamps I received her voice message on March 15th, 2023 at 3:04pm, then I responded to her via text at 4:41pm on March 15th 2023. At 4:46pm she has already filed a complaint. (Her text message time stamp) She gave me less than 2 hours to fix her complaint and, in the meantime, had received a phone call from ****. (She as admitted to in her complaint) I would request that ********************* let us know the dates she and her husband have left **** these messages as I would like to look further into these accusations.  I will again reiterate that we have no problem fixing her steel and are in hopes of getting there in the next few weeks as projects finish up.  I have been very professional as you can see in all of my corresponding with her.
