      These people came to my apartment and instead of cleaning as in putting things away where thy go they just threw everything in the trash brand new bottles of ketchup toilet wipes they had 4 maids and couldn't finish the dishes and then charged me extra for that they took my bedding off my bed and put it in the dirty clothes pile along with with things that were clean they put totes of c*** in my sons toy cubby I stead of putting things away where they go. Absolutely would never ever recommend these people to anyone ever! I had to go find my bedding so I could go to sleep that night also floor wasn't cleaned either super super ****** off and I want a refund that isn't how u clean especially at someone else home!!! Which by the way I have done as my mother owns her own cleaning company and we have worked together before!!

      We have reviewed your statement and have looked into this. After the initial clean which you stated you were 90% happy with the clean and asked about missing items. We were able to help point out where those items were in your apartment. We considered the situation resolved, but afterward you made more and more complaints. We have many before and after pictures of the clean. This was an incredibly busy home. We did our best to work around the situation and to clean. We put over 16 hours into your apartment and we also added dish washing at your request. One tech spent their entire time cleaning dishes. Items placed in the laundry were done so because they were soiled. We had good communication with you initially answering your questions and trying to find resolution. You gradually became more aggressive and since stopped all communication. We are sorry that you feel the way you do but we can't apologize for the hard work our technicians put into your home.
