They fire people back and forth. They fired a whole team in less than a year. They also do work halfway. Me I had to use half the parts for a job. I didn't have much of a choice. It what I being instructed to do. So I didn't like letting cars go partly done.

Buyer beware, I have never dealt with a more corrupt dealership in my life. I on occasion purchased vehicles on line. Relying on the trustworthiness of the dealership, and have been mostly satisfied. Untill I unfortunately recently purchased a used vehicle from ****** ***** The biggest regret in my 45 years as a small business owner. ****** assured me the only issue with the vehicle was some cosmetic scratches on the drivers side. Paid in cash and had it ship to me, before the delivery person unloaded it, he informed me there were some concerns. what an understatement. The vehicle needed almost everything. Brakes, tires, the main computer screen was out. The heat blow constant hot air. It needed shocks, There was a problem with the transmission, it needed a new transfer case, axle and wheel hub. Over an additional $8,000 in repairs. When I called for an explanation from them. I was informed I never should have taken their word on a used vehicle. I tried to reason and explained in ******** where I live, it would be against the law to sell a used vehicle in that condition. The sales manager said in ********, no such laws exist. Thank you The State of ********. For s******* the poor buyer. NEVER, NEVER deal with this dealership.

The ****************** has. ***** who kept upping prices on my auto work. In September 13th, 2023 my quote was $1900. To repair seals in the following:. Cran gasket, oil pan assy, Hub assy, wheel $476.36 cost and seal part is $17.78. Next he had mySportrac on the rack with the transmission off to show me leaks where the engine back and ****** connect saying it leaks. ************** did not show engine leaks. Only rear main seal leak, front left output shaft seal. Then had the warranty approval Everything Breaks pays $500. Toward repairs. The invoice I signed and was approved for $2,331.28. A few days later ***** showed me the back of engine where transmission was off and the connection holes had oil in them. He said it leaks and they must take the engine apart to fix. The work stopped as I had to pay an additional $1543.00. I signed the First invoice #****** approved by Everything Breaks warranty pays $500 total is *******. ***** said no to a separate invoice and warranty approval. The car work resumed on Tuesday and on Wednesday October 25th. He started Oct 16th then on the 17th work stopped while I tried to raise more payment money for a total of $3874. They resumed work the 24th or 23rd. Their Labor hours are not listed. He has raised the price now twice. I asked why he said well, the prices went up. I do not believe this. I am a senior and live on $900.00 a month and have to work to pay a HUD apartment. ***** seems to think it is ok to up the price even with a signed invoice and refused to do another warranty approval for the additional increase of $1543.00 dollars. I would not recommend customers rely on having their autos repaired in ******* Dealership. I still need tires. My Uncle had to send money fTotal cost from $1900. To $******* with warranty payment signed, approved. Then in person quoted me $3874. The new Total. It seems he has no problem jacking up prices.I hope he does not hurt other seniors. ********************-Boone ****.
