      I went into US Cellular to look at switching over from ******** I opened a business account and got 4 new phones and added a line. the discounts that were promised were the following and none if these were honored.1. I was said to get 3 free months when signing up 2. All the phones were to get the $1,000 credit and instead got $700 credit per phone. I would have never purchased any new phones as they weren't needed and they knew this. 3. I was quoted my bill at $197/month with all new phones, payment for 3 of the 4 phones, and also insurance on ************ (this didn't include the taxes and that was discussed). The bill i received was well over $100/month and I was charged almost $700 for these phones more than sold. 4. When I called in to discuss, I was pretty much told the programs were not available in my market. So no 3 months free, and the price I see if what I get. They did say they would "do me a favor" and give me $50/month off for 12 months, but still had to pay the extra for the phones and the higher bill. I refused.5. They did promise to waive the restock fee for the phones and said it was noted.I will never use this company again. this is deceitful and in my opinion fraud. I went into the store and was promised one thing and when it was time for the bill, it was bait and switch. I spent hours updating phones and now have to pay more to go back to ******** but so worth it. This is apparently normal practice for this company and unfortunately I had to find out the hard way. This needs to be addressed. How many other people will get duped before there is an end this this. This is the most unethical business practice I have seen in some time and be honest, this isn't the first time I have heard this, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I made a mistake by trusting these shady sales people and the fact her manager was right there and verified all of the so called discounts. It is really to bad. I just want my money back I invested.
