    Hello, I'm seeking to primarily get a refund for goods I purchased 13 months ago in December. It was a preorder for 120 dollars worth of merchandise from a favorite musician of mine. In frequent, but I thought still reasonable communication with two owners of the store, they were assuring me that they had sent my order. At first they detailed that the size of the order could cause delays in printing. I then only followed up periodically about a status and they both told me it had been sent. I know this isn't the case because I have informed delivery. Nor could the business ever produce any record of the shipment. They always would claim to get one more piece of information for me and "send it again" but there has not once been a package from them to me. I have had multiple emails between the owner who has promised me a refund through PayPal (which I told him wouldn't work because I don't have one) and that another order said it was shipped and received. I have gotten nothing as of yet. It's a legitimate amount of money for me, especially given the lack of solutions and merchandise I paid for. Every communication has been shorter and full of more deception on the behalf of the business. It shouldn't be this hard for them to do right by me, and this BBB complaint seems to be a last resort I've been trying to avoid. But, I was lied to, with no good faith by Vinyl cup IA, and given no reasonable communication as to why my payment hasn't been fairly or justly traded with the business. I believe they are now deceiving me in hopes I drop this claim, as distance makes it hard for me to follow through, without the help of the BBB.
