5 starsWe are very pleased with our new website from HIBU. They have always responded quickly when we have a question or need help with it. There are many features that go along with the website, such as reaching out to customers on our behalf and keeping track of how our website is performing. 5 stars*** and the team at Hibu have gone over the top with our company marketing. From our website, add campaigns, to promotion mailers, *** has done a fantastic job at navigating our team. One aspect of *** is it is not a sales tactic to steer you into a costly program or working outside of the marketing budget, but more so the best results for what you already have in place. He was very up front to advise us that we can do more with what we have and to utilize every aspect of it. He was very informative in educating our team and making all the changes we requested without hesitation. Dont use Hibu. They have bad service, no result . They will not let you cancel if your business no glow . Waste money . They always try to hold you stay if you try to cancel. If I would I will give them0 star .They would not care client businessHibu Inc

Thank you for speaking with us regarding your concerns. We understand that you were concerned about your performance results. When we first partnered with you, you were given a Statement of Work that said the Search would have a Click-Thru-Rate >1% and Cost-Per-Click of $3.50. We exceeded that with a CTR of 9.12% and CPC of $1.08. The *** also said the Display would have ****** to ****** impressions with ****** clicks per month.We exceeded that with over ****** impressions and 261 clicks per month. We expected Social to have ******* clicks per month and we exceeded that with 615 clicks per month. Our records show that you requested to cancel in May 2025, however you were still within the terms of your 6-month contract. The contract is now month to month, and a cancelation can be scheduled. Avoid Hibu at All Costs Predatory and Dishonest Working with Hibu has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences Ive had as a small business owner. They make big promises about visibility, leads, and ROI none of which they deliver on. Instead, youre met with vague metrics, underwhelming results, and a patronizing suggestion that you just need to spend more to see better outcomes.Their sales pitch is slick, but its all smoke and mirrors. They prey on small businesses with limited marketing knowledge, locking you into long contracts and offering little to no real support once youre on the hook. Getting in touch with someone who can actually help? Nearly impossible. And when you do, youre met with canned responses and deflection.Hibu doesnt just underperform they insult your intelligence in the process. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are far better, more transparent, and ethical companies out there that actually care about your success!Hibu Inc
