      Absolutely terrible results. I should have quit when the first Web site proposed was a disaster and the opposite of what I asked for. This after three meetings with my agent and the person responsible for building the Web site.
      All I got out of six months of participating was a slew of spam phone calls. I only received two legitimate leads, neither of which were a good fit for my divorce mediation business.
      Then when I advised I would be canceling after my 6 month commitment, they refused to cancel and continued to autodraw from my bank account to the point where I was required to close the bank account to stop the auto draws from continuing.
      Making matters worse, the initial agent who connected me with Hibu in the first place disappeared entirely and has not responded to my emails or FB messages.
      After asking another reputable company to review their work, I was advised that the approach to building SEO credibility to direct traffic to my Web site was outdated and ha don chance of being successful.
      Run, don't walk away if you are approached by this company.

      So agree with every bad review there is one this site. The only reason Im giving them 3 stars is because of the sales rep I worked with. ***************** was very helpful in assisting us in cancelling their services. They were going to put our tiny business out of business!I recommended to him that he has their executives take a look at this site because when you talk to them theyll tell you they have a 5 star rating. Guess they never looked here at all the poor frustrated companies!!

      Hibu is the biggest scam. They charged me thousands of dollars and provided 2 blog posts and said each blog post and my local ranking cost over $3k per month! They are fraud and will try to sell anything and then nothing is provided. It was the biggest waste of money I have spent on my business yet. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with them! This is a complete Scam!! Horrible experience, a waste of money, a waste of time. They overpromised and underdelivered. Don't make the same mistakes we've made. Run away from HIBU. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

      The lack of transparency when singing up has got me in a loss. I basically want to cancel after two months, sorry cant do it and itll go to collections if I dont pay. Needless to say they sales pitch you to the point of signing a contract in promises of this that and the next thing. When it doesnt happen your sales rep will say it takes months, months,months to do that. You can also put your adds on hold at any time, but what he failed to mention was you still have your $600ish fee per month while on hold. Weather it works or doesnt work I wouldnt give my rep the sweat off my nuts if he was dying of thirst.Why wasnt someone on me about ******** ads getting proper setup with that as promised. No big deal I either pay the other 6k on top of the 3k I paid or go to court. No early termination fee either. Here sign this on my computer and a payment of $xxxx no paper copy whatever (meanwhile the salesmans thinking YES! I keep my job for another week, got another sucker to Secure my employment !!!!!!! Whooooooo)Just remembered I was supposed to hear back from that snake on a possibility of a reduced monthly service charge, only crickets The only call when they want your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

      I spent no less than 3 months trying to cancel after a 12 month commitment. The initial process building the site and their service was not bad. HOWEVER upon trying to complete the cancelation after taking a new site to another provider... My account rep could not process, the customer service rep could not process... ONLY one department with 6 people working could. well Alot of people must be canceling because over 3 months i made no less than 10 attempts to reach someone. Every time i was on hold for over ************************************************************* sorry were busy please contact your sales rep if you need something... Goodbye.after all of this i finally got a customer service person to stay on hold with me while awaiting the right person to cancel... she and i both got no result 3 times until she internally requested someone to answer and then magically the line picked up. at that time it was easy and painless to cancel.a ticket was opened to look at crediting me for the 3 months bills only to be emailed today by a manager saying no adjustment will be issued. as a business owner... my time is worth about ***** an hour... i should be billing for 15k and only requested someone to do SOMETHING...Terrible customer service

      We have canceled their service three times over the last three years, and they keep billing us. They are committing fraudulent charges.

      I have had three months of trying to cancel this company . I completed a 12 month contract then i decided to not do business any longer . Then i have been harrassed by the employees with threats and more bills . we will be in court over this . it is up to them how far they want to go!!!

      I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with them! This is a complete Scam, we invested 5.3k for 6 months for zero results. I called and email them several times complaining about the results, and they don't care at all. We had a "dedicated" specialist who was only dedicated to not talking to us. The account manager we had, ***** only replied until we signed the contract. After the first month, he never replied to the emails anymore. Horrible experience, a waste of money, a waste of time.They overpromised and underdelivered. After we ended the contract with them we signed with another company and the results were awesome.Don't make the same mistakes we've made. Run away from HIBU.If I could give zero stars I would!!!

      Do not choice Hubi for services. We have had nothing but bad service from this company. After being told we had 90 days to try the services and then trying to cancel the services. After the 90s days they refuse to allow us to cancel the services saying we had to give it 4 months. After then attempting to cancel the services via their site, we received an email after the next billing cycle telling us we could not cancel that way that we had to call them directly to cancel the services. They once again tried to make it impossible to cancel the services, after the cancelation was processed, we then receive another notice that they are billing us for an additional month because we did not process the cancelation before the next billing cycle. DO NOT USE HUBI HORRIBLE SERVICE

      We've made several attempts to contact **************** to review his Hibu advertising concern that was first brought to our attention on 08/16/22 and we have received no response. There was not enough information given in the review to research a concern further.
