    Upon checking out of this motel I was told I was owed back the amount of ******. the business refuses to refund that amount. His explanation was it is up to booking.com whom I reserved the room through. He (**************) said that it was up to the "higher ups"when heis owner and general manager. The first room he had me in there was a contractor replacing a sprinkler system right out side the door. So the owner moved me to another room. That room had no heat, the windows were not sealed, the shower head was broken, and one day the whole wing had NO hot water. All in all this place is by far the worst motel I have ever had the extreme displeasure of doing business with. ************** was ignorant, two faced, and was a terrible host to his guests as I standing in line to tell him I had no hot water another guest told me he will Never stay in that place again. We were contractors working at the *******************************. I hope that by receiving this complaint I will get my $****** credited back from him or I will pursue legal action against him and his property.

    Hey, I did attached 2 screen shot of his reservation and whatever he saying is literally lied to both of us. First thing his cancelation policy is 24 hour before reservation so he couldn't able to make changes on it. Other thing is he booked from third party so it's nothing to do with motel and as per the policy and rule of his reservation he have to pay full amount. It's not like that if he want leave any time he will get refund so this is the proof of it and if you guys need additional information please feel free to contact the motel but this is the correct value and if anything goes to his favor we will file *** again him and going to make sure he will never ever allow in any property in *************.

    I am rejecting this response because: threatening me with not allowed to enter any property is very childish answer . It goes to prove only when ************* refused to own up to being the owner of the business and claiming he was ONLY the **** His character of a businessman in *****************.  His credibility after counted by *** third party if he would accept a modification request from the third party 2 times he blatantly refused. Showing he is a incredible person and very selfish and only cares about money and NOT his customers
