    I purchased a suit jacket from the retailer and they made alterations to the jacket and indicated the jacket would be ready for pickup in a couple days. I shopped in the store one week later and made an additional purchase and no mention was made of the jacket. Several weeks later, within the return window indicated on the receipt, I returned to the store to get a refund for the jacket which had never been communicated was ready for pickup. The owner, **** *****, pulls out the jacket and indicates they had tried to call me on two different days. I pulled out my phone to show I had no missed calls from their number on either of those days. I asked to return the jacket and Mr. ***** indicated they would not accept the return because the tags were no longer on the jacket. I indicated that I was not the one that removed them, and Mr. ***** then indicated they could not accept the return because the jacket was tailored and they couldn't "magically make material reappear." I indicated that the return policy on the receipt did not indicate anything about not accepting returns that were tailored. Mr. ***** made up a return policy on the spot for this circumstance and did not accept my return request as he should have.
