    Back in 8/2020 Derecho occurred. Top Angle Contractors did not start the project when they stated they would, I continually had to follow up. They finally started and took more than twice as long as they said they would to do the project. The business never got a permit from the city. I am still fighting with them to this day to get them to finish the siding on our house that is falling off from not being properly installed. I was told back in December they would be here before the end of the year nothing and each month I reach out and still no response. The city has even called and nothing. It is so sad companies can't keep their promise anymore and families have to continue to fight for what they paid for.

    This a valid complaint and one we wish we would have addressed sooner. Weve never seen anything like the derecho. The mass destruction and shortage of material left us short handed many times. This customer was very patient with us and had an understanding with the situation as it did take us a while to get to her due to material. After installation of siding (norandex graphite grey) the reflection off of her windows from the sun literally warped and melted the siding. It took us quite a while to get back to her property to fix the damaged siding at no charge to her and as it wasnt necessarily our fault we did give her a time that we were going to get there that we did not meet. It has since been finished and shes put a tint on her windows that caused this issue.

    Top Angle Contractors received a check from ** on March 1, 2021 for $5207.46 to buy supplies to reside a house that was damaged in the derecho of 2020. They were supposed to reside the house and then would be paid the rest on completion. Their representative promised he would work with our insurance company to get the amount of money needed to complete the project. He was so rude and insulting to two adjusters that the insurance company refused to work with Top Angle anymore. We have never received any supplies or work from Top Angle. They have ignored every attempt we have this matter resolved.
