      Service occurred on 12/20/2022 Charge made to account on 12/29/2022 I called for service to fix my garage door opener. They sent someone out sooner than expected, which was greatly appreciated, and the repair was done in an hour. I was never given an explanation of any charges before during or after. On the 29th, I recieved a notification from my bank for a large withdrawl. A $592 charge was made for the repair of my garage door opener. Had I been told of the price, or given an estimate, I wouldn't have recieved services, and gone another direction. I called to get a breakdown of the charges, and was told the part was $150 and labor was $420. ****** in the ************************** would not give me what their hourly labor rate is and only said that there's an hourly fee and a trip charge. She then said management would reach out to get the situation resolved, which has not happened. As a consumer, I should be given at least an idea of pricing before almost $600 is taken from my account (2 days before my mortgage is due mind you). When I originally called for service had I been told there would be $420 for 1 hour of labor and the trip fee, I would not have used this company at this time. I do have timestamps of the technician calling me before arriving, and when finished to prove it was no more than 1 hours work. As well as the use of my garage door on myQ app.

      On January 3, 2023, Barron reached out to this customer to work on a solution to their concerns.  After our discussion, we adjusted the customers invoice for labor in an amount that was agreeable to the customer.  As of today, we are currently in the process of completing the refund.
