    We purchased a used washer and dryer from Kaufman Appliances February 6, 2025 for $814. When they were delivered the washer was working but the dryer was not, the owner told us he would be back the following Monday to fix it. The following Monday he never came, so we called him and he said he had ordered a part to fix the dryer and would let us know when it was in, we agreed and waited. After a couple weeks of calling to check on the parts status and not hearing anything we called and asked if we could be given a loaner dryer to use until the part to fix ours was in. The owner agreed and brought us a dryer to borrow the next day. Over the following month weve called a couple of times looking for an update and been told we would be called back and never were. Finally yesterday, April 7, 2025 I got ahold of the owner and he agreed to bring the part today and fix the dryer and take back the loaner if I resent him our address. I texted him our address and did not receive a response, texted him this morning asking for a timeframe of when he would come, did not receive a response, called his store and was told he was not available, and finally texted one last time to ask if he would be coming at all today and still received no response. The washer has been working fine but would like the dryer either fixed or refunded and the loaner dryer picked up
