    This business calls numerous times a week, sometimes past 8pm, sometimes twice or more a day and I want it stopped ASAP.

    I have been trying to get ahold of them to pay off several debts on my credit that is causing me to not be able to get a home loan. I need these paid off immediately. I have left voicemail after voicemail and have been calling at least 3 times per day. This is getting ridiculous!!

    I've called several times starting in the beginning of Febuary to try and resolve a debt. No one answers the phone or calls me back. When I use the phone's system to try and reach someone it just goes straight to voicemail, even when you try to just wait for the next available person. Said debt is a bad check my ex husband wrote using a checkbook I'd misplaced. I would love to pay it and get it off my credit report. I have never dealt with a debt collector unwilling to let people pay their debts until now.

    It shows up on my credit report that I owe them money. I set up a payment plan with them but I dont get receipts for payments and when I call to review my balance in order to pay it off they dont answer their phones.
