    Rotech has been automatically shipping multiple supply orders to me without my permission. I asked to return the unopened excess of supplies to them for credit since my insurance doesn't pay for the supplies and my bill is now over $400. They state that I enrolled via paperwork, My doctor and my insurance and they will not take them back for credit. Basically unwilling to work with me at all. Also charges on my statement are astronomical for filters, tubes etc. They have a terrible website, not even able to print my receipt's of payments and they take 3-5 business days to EMAIL a receipt. Just an overall horrible experience, toppled with financial implications, along with financial stress from multiple other medical appointments due to this same diagnosis, Very stressful and for this company to be so cold and unwilling to help patients'. after basically ripping patients off by shipping unneeded supplies without authorization.
