    This guy *** ********* he knocked on my door and then he started talking about insurance and how he was super rich he also kept trying to get into my house and then when I wouldnt let him he left and kept driving around my property as if to find a way inside he gave me his card but I dont intend to call and if this is how a company lets there agents work I would NOT want to do business with them

    I have had plans since 2015 and they have served me incredibly well, my accident plan waa my lifes blood when i crushed my tibia and fibula just above the ankle 2 surgeries 8 days in the hospital and over a year of recovery. Tnank you Platinum Supplemental from the bottom of my heart.Im so grateful!

    I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year. I flew to MD Anderson every other week for 6 months to do chemo and radiation. I could not have afforded to pay for the travel and extra expenses had it not been for my state mutual policies platinum sold me. Thank you again I tell all my friends and family they need your coverage. At this time I have received over 100 thousand dollars in claims already. Thank you again

    Terrible experience. We have Platinum. My husband had an accident and injured his hand. We filed a claim (they called it a laceration). We filed, had all necessary paperwork. After 10 days or so, I contacted them. They said that it could take up to 15 days to process. So a week later, I call them. Same runaround. Now they say 30 days. I call daily...they say "it's in processing". Finally after SIX weeks, they say they are sending out the check for $300. Now, a week later, still nothing. If they are THIS difficult to deal with over $300, what would they be like with something larger???

    I fractured my elbow and went through the ER. The amount of money I received from my accident plan was more than enough. It allowed me to cover the deductible, extra expenses and still had money left over. In one check I received more than I’ll pay in 20yrs. My mother also had the plan. She feel often and the ambulance was called almost every time. She lived on a limited income, so the money she received was very helpful. Last year February 2,2022 my mother had a heart attack. The money we received really helped with the unexpected funeral expenses. That’s something we never want to think about but it’s happening more and more these days. Thanks Platinum!

    Showing up without an appointment at 6:45pm, after dark, in the middle of a rural area to sell insurance door-to-door is NOT good business practice. Dangerous for your customers, and probably even more dangerous for your salespeople.

    They force the new sales agents to pay for their own hotel pay for their own food take their own car far out into rural areas where there are no police no hospitals no nothing. They don't even have sales in the Denver Metro area?
