    I purchased an Elanco heartworm for my dogs. I was informed I would receive a $15 rebate. I never received the rebate after 6 months had lapsed. When I called, they said it was lost. They said they would resend it. Again, I never received it. I asked if I could receive it some other way since they were obviously not capable of sending it through the mail. They said they would send it via email. I tried numerous times to use it, and it never worked. Now when I call, they said it is expired and there is nothing they can do. This company is a scam! They market their product by enticing the consumer with a rebate that the consumer will NEVER receive. I have wasted so much time with their **** who are no help. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REBATE. I will never use their heartworm again even if my vet recommends it.

    I purchased Galliprant 20mg 1/24/23. Received form to submit. It said rebate was $70. But they only sent $45. Checked their site it said $70 as did the form I filled out. When I called they said it was supposed to be $45. Re checked the internet it said $70. Called second time they told me it had to be a second purchase with in a year. Advert says nothing about has to be a second purchase. Went back yo the advert. It said $70. Then checked a different advert and the $70 was gone. This is an outfit I would not trust!
